We have a Rogue with powertrain wraparound warranty till 60,000 miles. Heard a wheel noise in front passenger side. They said they found a axel nut loose. Because there was no faulty part supposedly warranty would not cover. Charged me $165 diagnostic fee which i shouldn't have to pay. They are a joke and ripping people off just to pay for that new building. I have bought 2 nissans off this place and never had an issue. But since they have built new building this place price gougings you. I will never support this building again and will start using local small businesses that value their customers.

Went above and beyond! When the vehicle went wanted had a recal with no fix they told us they could not sell it. So they worked hard to find the best fit for us. And it ended up being a brand new one!! These guys are amazing.

Terrible service department and customer service in general. This dealership would not honor my aftermarket factory warranty extension that was purchased at a dealership when I bought the car used They are very pushy and try to rush you off the phone. They also told me I needed a tire rotation when I just had the tires put on brand new and alignment two weeks ago. I will be taking all my vehicles to Ziegler Subaru from now on. Ziegler Subaru knows customer service and quality work.
