I drove 45 mins to go to old navy just to buy some new pants for work. I came in well before closing and was told the fitting rooms had closed 5 minutes ago. There was nothing on their site about different hours for the fitting room. So instead of buying 5 pairs, I bought one. I'm going to return them tomorrow and never shop here again.. I haven't been to a physical mall in a while and this is exactly why they're dying. Gonna buy some pants on Amazon :)

Very rude staff. Visited today and was scolded by a worker because I did not stop and wait at the sign. instead of explaining that she yelled at my husband and I to go to the back of the line.

Rude manager and rude staff. Sizes are not arranged on correct hangers. They throw shades at you when you go to return because they made a mistake in arranging clothes.

I used to love old navy clothes they were modestly priced and comfy I'm not sure what happened. I probably won't be returning.
