“Buckles helped us when we were in a pinch! Chewy had sent us the wrong dog food bag and Buckles was able to get us the correct food even close to closing time! The customer service is wonderful and they were so accommodating! We appreciate them!”
“My groomer Samantha moved to Simon and Halle's very recently. She does a pretty good job of a short Schnauzer cut with a teddy face. Trapper always looks very dapper when done. Salon is a bit more expensive so may just not get teeth brushing the next time to offset the cost. I can brush my pooches teeth, I just liked the convenience. Great job Samantha! See you in a few weeks! 😀”
“This place is awesome, and their employees are so caring. My brother lost his guinea pig suddenly and was devastated, absolutely crushed. We went in here to look at their guinea pigs and we both were crying, not boo-hoo crying but there were tears involved with our silent devastation and shock that our guinea pig just suddenly died. Well, we were met by an employee named Aurora, and she was so thoughtful. Her kind, quiet words of empathy and genuine caring made such a different for my brother. She shared a story about one of her animals who died in a
horrifying way and it made my brother feel less alone. She offered to hug us at the end of thr conversation and she listened to my brother share his grief and sadness with authentic commiseration and she was just so lovely and kind. You guys should give her a raise! Lol.. but anyway it was very helpful and I just wanted to share that.”
“Just delivered here this morning and I must say everyone im sure i interacted with all the employees, and all of them were very nice. Especially the cashier from the time I walked in she was welcoming and eager to help! Seth was equally as nice and mannerable. It makes my job easier when people are so friendly! “Theu have a good clean-up crew, lol. Gave my dog a treat even though he was nervous he liked them! Grooming is expensive for a small dog, though. 60$ for a bath wash and nail trim on a small, non-reactivr dog. Yikes.”
