“Buckles helped us when we were in a pinch! Chewy had sent us the wrong dog food bag and Buckles was able to get us the correct food even close to closing time! The customer service is wonderful and they were so accommodating! We appreciate them!”
“My groomer Samantha moved to Simon and Halle's very recently. She does a pretty good job of a short Schnauzer cut with a teddy face. Trapper always looks very dapper when done. Salon is a bit more expensive so may just not get teeth brushing the next time to offset the cost. I can brush my pooches teeth, I just liked the convenience. Great job Samantha! See you in a few weeks! 😀”
“This place is awesome, and their employees are so caring. My brother lost his guinea pig suddenly and was devastated, absolutely crushed. We went in here to look at their guinea pigs and we both were crying, not boo-hoo crying but there were tears involved with our silent devastation and shock that our guinea pig just suddenly died. Well, we were met by an employee named Aurora, and she was so thoughtful. Her kind, quiet words of empathy and genuine caring made such a different for my brother. She shared a story about one of her animals who died in a
horrifying way and it made my brother feel less alone. She offered to hug us at the end of thr conversation and she listened to my brother share his grief and sadness with authentic commiseration and she was just so lovely and kind. You guys should give her a raise! Lol.. but anyway it was very helpful and I just wanted to share that.”
“While I do not go here often I would say the store is less tidy than say RK's I've been to and generally have found their selection to not be as grand as RK. I don't think it's a terrible place to be just a place I wouldn't put on the top of my list when looking for a farm store. An example of this is their fluids section. You would think as a farm store they would have decent selection of oils and other key farm fluids of all kinds on tap.”
“My family and I love this store. We have bought all of our chicks (now chickens) from this location. We also buy all of our chicken feed and bedding here. Always clean store, too.”
“Really liked how nice they were and understanding asked them not to clean the paws up I like having the extra fur inbetween there paws helps protect them from sharp rocks and ice was kinda a rush on 2 floofy dogs but they got the washes and mostly dry ( my fault I took them wet in a rush ) definatly comeing back”
