I called a few weeks ago to get my two dogs groomed here for the first time. The girl I spoke with was super sweet and friendly, she sent me the paperwork I needed via email, I sent her the vet records and my appointment was set with a very smooth process!! Today I took both my dogs in, was greeted by a very friendly girl at the front desk, had two girls come get my dogs, super sweet as well. Picked my dogs up a few hours later and couldn’t be happier, they smell so good and are clean and fluffy!!! Made my next appointment to see them again in 6 weeks. Would highly recommend them!!!

Absolute best vet clinic in town. The doctors and staff seem to genuinely care about my dogs and spend a lot of time making sure they are comfortable during the exam. I'm not even sure my dog knows he got a vaccine last time he was there since he was so busy eating treats and getting loved on by the person holding him. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Our dog loves boarding there. Not as expensive as other boarding facilities. The kennels are really large so our doesn't get anxiety. The dog kennel has some beautiful tropical plants growing in the middle. We have used this vet too and never had any problems. Dr. S. caught a malignant tumor before it got to an inoperable stage.

My dog has been acting strange and has been experiencing bad joint pain. I called 11/28/2023 at 4:30 pm. Receptionist tried to hang up on me before I had the chance to schedule an appointment. She then told me that my dog had never been seen by veterinary services there and had only ever been seen by the groomers, despite him recently seeing the vet there multiple times and even giving us a prescription for him. I try to correct her but she insisted that my dog had never been a patient and I should take him to his 'regular vet'...despite them being our regular vet. I try to explain what is wrong with my dog, she interrupts me and puts me on hold. She then calls back, says I should really take him to his 'regular vet' because this seems urgent. I try to explain again and she does not believe me. I tell her to at least let us have next week's available slot, and if we get help earlier we will cancel. She argued with me and kept telling me how I should be taking my dog to his vet while begrudgingly making the appointment (that's what I'm trying to do?). She sounded extremely judgmental of me as a pet owner, when all I am trying to do is get care for my dog at HIS VET. because I don't know what's wrong and this is already incredibly upsetting and stressful. He started acting this way shortly after he got grooming and an examination there, I'm not sure if there is a correlation but this recent experience is making me seriously reconsider trusting them with my dogs. Spoke with supervisor, Karen, the next day. Tried to explain the situation, we were told that she's sorry if that's 'how we felt' but there's nothing she can do to 'make me happy' (she kept repeating this btw) and that the receptionist I talked to was their 'best employee on staff' (yikes). She did not believe us at all. No real apology, no accountability. I confronted her on her dismissive behavior, and she kept indignantly repeating that she couldn't 'make me happy' when I just wanted to be heard and get care for my dog. Taking accountability would make me happy, but if that's impossible at Petsburgh, then I at least thank them for making that clear. I am telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

2 years ago my little Yorkie needed a flu shot in order to be groomed at Petsburgh after her shot she was a bit under the weather which seemed to me normal after a vaccination Emma's groomer Trish is fantastic and Emma likes her a lot. This second time of flu shot ( given because it's required to be able to use the grooming part of the business) my little one was vomiting and had diarrhea for a full 4 days. I called the vet there and was told that this was not due to the flu vaccine. research about the flu shots revealed that indeed this are more rare side effects. I was proactive in asking if Emma could be excused from the shot in the future and was met with rather rude answer insisting that Emma's demise was not due to the vaccine and had to be due to something else such as anxiety during grooming which was never an issue due to her groomer. i ask every time ! I am pretty frustrated with this since Emma seemed to like her groomer. this is just sad

New transplant to the area. Had a terrific first visit with my 13 year old diabetic dog. Dr Robertson and Craig were welcoming and reassuring to my dog and myself. Touched base on all previous care and outlined a plan for the future. Thank you Dr Robertson and Craig!

I use them for grooming on my 2 dogs and my cat. They have always done a good job with my pets grooming needs. For my dogs I use Chloe and she does a great job every time! For my cat I do not use anyone specific but regardless they always do great as well. The staff are really friendly which makes me feel confident in trusting my pets with them. Thank you guys!

We took our 13 week old puppy to get her first grooming yesterday at Petsburgh Pet Care. I called two weeks prior to schedule an appointment and they were able to get her in fairly quick compared to other groomers in the area. They called a couple of days prior to confirm her appointment and vaccinations she would need before her appointment which they gave her at their facility. When I arrived to pick her up someone from the vet clinic came to update me on her examination that was required for one of her vaccinations and shortly after they brought her out. Whenever I arrived that morning Trish assured me that she would try her best to groom her in the way I requested, but it was more important that our puppy felt comfortable especially for it being her first grooming. Her haircut was exactly what I had asked and we will definitely be back! Thanks so much Trish!

Trish is the best groomer ever!! I have gone to her for years and she goes above and beyond. Trish loves each of her client’s dogs as if they were her own which is comforting.The 4 stars are because of price, but Trish should have 10 stars. Petsburgh is pricey because of the add ons, which for the price, the basic should include some of these add ons!!!

This was our first time at the facility. The staff was very friendly and the groomers did a good job! Most importantly our dogs were happy going in and coming out of their grooming appointment.

They say third times a charm, and they're right. Petsburgh had my dog looking like a doggy model?. They took great care of our pooch. This is our official groomer now. The front desk was very nice as well. I highly recommend.
