Has everything I need. Staff is friendly. They price match to other similar type stores. They have good deals for treats rewards members. Store is clean. Plenty of parking. Carts to be able to wheel your stuff around with.

My mother in law has been getting her dog groomed at this petsmart for the past year and my husband is the one who makes the appointment for her online (a $54 appointment for a bath and full haircut, which includes nail trim). When it comes time to pay, someone there each time asks my mother in law if she wants to add a nail trim and some other add-on services, and then double charges her- a $54 appointment turns into an $80 something one. My MIL has been unaware of this and just says yes to the add-on as her english isn't good and has been repeatedly taken advantage of. When she finally caught on, the employee admitted it and then turned around and did it again. At best, there's an employee scamming people, at worst, petsmart is complicit. Shame on you

My dog has gotten groomed here several times and they have always done an outstanding job. The employees are great, I will continue to come back because they do such a great job.

For having so many employees working in the middle of the day and intentionally walking by most of them, not a single one greeted us or asked if we needed help. The check girl was nice but the only 1 that spoke to us even tho we walked by maybe 8 other associates.

I absolutely love PetSmart! We get all of our cat supplies there! Rarely are they out of what I came there to get and all the employees are very helpful and so friendly!!

When a dasher is picking up an order, they stand to the right and ring a bell if one is there. If a bell isn’t available the dasher waits for an associate to help. My husband was picking up an order and was told to stand in the line. We’ve been door dashing for years and we know that’s not true. My husband stands where he should have, the same lady came over to get him the order. Dropped the bag and it split open. Didn’t get him another bag or apologize for her actions. That was very disrespectful.
