Plato's Closet is a consignment shop for gently used clothing, apparel, shoes, boots, and accessories. It offers a fabulous variety of brands and styles, with a well-organized and sheer amount of clothing that means there is something for everyone. The store maintains a random assortment that is very hit and miss, with a great selection for thrifting including jeans, shirts, jackets, hoodies, shorts, and seasonal racks. It offers a decently enjoyable selection of summer and winter clothing, like ugly Christmas sweaters. Customers can purchase, sell, or consign items. The experience of selling is okay; they often select mostly gym clothing and casual stuff, but may not pick nicer or lesser-known brand items. Their buy-back prices are not very good, especially on like-new items, and prices have recently jumped. However, it supports a local business. The store lacks the odd smell of Goodwill and has friendly staff happy to help. There is also a nice rewards program with restrained text message updates on sales. Clearance sales can offer great value, with multiple items in good condition and quality for a low price.

Excellent customer care, the ladies at the front got my purchase taken care of very quickly, the store itself was clean and orderly which is a big win this close to the holidays. Found a nice bag for my lady so thats a win š
