Walk in to create a new account they tell me to wait for the banker. 15 minutes waiting mind you there are no customers at all. Atleast he could’ve came out of his office and said just bare with me for a couple of minutes I’ll be with you

Horrible desk service from employee who didn’t want to deal with transferring son’s work card balance into a deposit to his checking account. Then she lied to us and told us there were envelopes available at the ATM for his check deposit, and of course there were not. Pathetic excuse for service by an employee that just wanted to zip through the line.

Extremely annoyed that I have yet to receive a debit card when I opened my account in April. It’s now May and I still haven’t received a debit card.

This is a great branch. Grant consistently goes above and beyond for me. Everyone is very kind and knows my name. Very communicative as well, calling me with anything pertaining to my needs at the time.

My parents have been customers at this location for over 60 years. I remember going to the bank with Mom and my younger brother. This bank was the scene of the infamous S***** Incident that the family still talks about today. Now I manage my mother's finances at this bank. I'm sure I would pass other Regions locations to use this one. The bank staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. The building may look a bit retro, and its small, but it's a great place to do your banking.
