went in to buy a ring but there was a nasty lady that made our shopping experience horrible. The same lady had sold me a pair of earrings the day before and had acted rude as well. I went back not knowing she would be the same person " helping in that area" that lady was rude and childish " rolling her eyes" when I initially asked for her help. We ended up leaving and spending our money elsewhere.

I bought their Yard Force lawn mower a year ago. Single biggest waste of money ever. IF you go slightly up or down hill, it floods itself out and dies. Briggs and Stratton should be ashamed of this. Seeing that it was a B&S motor was the big selling point. I was completely wrong. This mower could not be a bigger piece of crap. Stay away regardless of the cost. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

For the size of Lafayette and the amount of traffic I feel this place gets they could expand it! Other Sam's club locations have this one beat. Here lately the lines are long cause no one is working the check out lanes.

This rating is for the AT&T kiosk at Sam's. Please do not buy your phone at Sam's. The AT&T rep Ethan was very helpful at first. We added a line and purchased 2 new iphones which were to arrive by mail. We received one phone but not the other and an email saying the 2nd phone would take at least 2 more weeks. When I called Ethan to see if there was anything he could do to get a phone sooner he said he would check with his manager and call me back. That's the last I heard from him! He didn't call me back and stopped answering when I called. We had to go to the AT&T store near the mall and it took about 3 hours for them to undo the mess that Ethan caused. But we walked out of that AT&T store with 2 new phones and our account all straightened out. Please avoid the phone station at Sam's and just go to an AT&T store.

I like Sam's club but today (7-16-2021) the gas pumping was AWFUL!!! It took 20 minutes to get to a pump and then it took over 12 minutes to pump $30 worth of gas. TERRIBLE!!! We pay for memberships here only to have certain services be subpar.

They have a female working there who talks about smoking a dead babies ashes who was murdered. They decided to talk down on my kids. We seen her at her job yesterday and she kept arguing back with me. Plenty of family and friends have memberships with you guys but no longer will if they are aware of the type of cruel ignorant workers you have working there! If nothing is done about Courtney Jones me and my family and friends will all be reaching out to corporate!!!

Sam's Club is awesome. You have to have a membership but it is a great savings especially since you can get gas there! Download the Scan & Go app to scan your items and you go. You pay with the app and skip the checkout (unless you have alcohol).

Had a horrible experience with the Phone Salesman. The misleading sales tactics and lack of customer service reflects poorly on the entire store. He lied to us on regarding the availability of phones. He stated all phones from AT&T were mailed to the customer. We later found out we could have received the phones from AT&T that day. I lost several hundred dollars in business as we waited for our phones to arrive by mail. I am not very tech savvy, so I was concerned regarding my ability to set up the phones on my own. He said not to worry about the phone set up as he promised us he would ensure the phones were set up properly. When the phones arrived, two of them didn't work. We took the phones to him as he had promised us he'd set them up for us. However, he refused to help us. We offered to come back at a different time if he was busy. He told us we had to go to a different AT&T dealer. He said it wasn't his problem and he would not help us. Needless to say we are extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of ownership for the issue. Due to the terrible customer service, we will not be patronizing Sams club again.

Early on in the virus time their 'order and pick up' service was horrible! After I received a text that they 'would be out in a moment'....I waited 30 minutes in the pick up line. 3 people after me received their order and left. When I went in to get my 6 things...it was in wrong!! The bag of lettuce was frozen. One item was not available but at the time of order it WAS available. One item was expired. I did not receive good, friendly or respectful service. I wrote a similar comment on their corporate site and got no response. I trust they have 'fixed' this problem.

very good place to shop. Theu had employees with gloves and mask wiping down the doors in refrigerator cases as soon as someone got done touching them. Theu also had them at the self checkout lanes cleaning them everytime someone touched them. Awesome job to all of you and thank you for your service to the community. God bless you all.
