Ordered a dozen yellow roses for relative in the hospital. Order arrived very promptly, and not only beautiful, but also fragrant. A week has now gone by, and they still are being enjoyed!

When I called to inquire about placing an order for a corsage, I understood it might be a long shot given the short notice. However, the response I received was unexpected and frankly quite rude. Instead of a polite decline, I was met with a flat-out refusal and a dismissive tone. It's not my intention to disrupt anyone's schedule or jump ahead of other orders. I simply wanted to explore the possibility. In the future, a more courteous response, acknowledging the situation and expressing regret that it couldn't be accommodated, would have been appreciated. As a loyal customer, I value the service provided, but feeling belittled for a simple inquiry is not acceptable. I'll be exploring other options for my floral needs moving forward.

I contacted Sharon's Flowers from out of state when a different local florist canceled an online order of flowers I had made the night before to be delivered to my Dad who was in the hospital. Supposedly the other florist didn't have delivery in that area but that wasn't listed on their website. Sharon's was the florist recommended to me by the hospital staff when I contacted them. Although the first florist had let me know too late in the day for another arrangement to be sent and guaranteed for same day delivery, the folks at Sharon's assured me they would send a beautiful bouquet and get it there as fast as possible (even trying to get it there that day if their delivery person came back quickly enough, but otherwise first thing the next day.) I know my Dad was able to enjoy the bouquet Sharon's sent for the last two days of his alert life and family there said every staff person who came in the room commented on how lovely they were, one of the most stunning bouquets they had ever seen. When it really matters, Sharon's comes through. I can't tell you how much their thoughtful and professional service meant to my family during a difficult time.

I stopped to pick up last minute flowers for a close friend turning 80. The florist was so talented and made the most beautiful bouquet in fall colors. I could not be more pleased. And my friend was beyond thrilled with the bouquet. I will be using Sharon's flowers from now on! Awesome florist shop!!!

I can't express how much I appreciated the empathy and attention to detail the team at Sharon's provided my family. We were referred to the shop after our mom passed away and Chris helped ensure the flowers were exactly what we envisioned and even made tulips happen when they are not in season. Her care and service will not be forgotten. The flowers were beautiful, and we were asked many times where we had gotten them. It made a difficult day a little easier. Thank you!

I am a florist in another state and my dad passed away in the Lafayette area. I was in need of a casket saddle and a couple other supplies as well as an arrangement delivered to a friend. They were very helpful, friendly and delivered a beautiful arrangement to my friend. Thank you so much, your kindness was very much appreciated and I was able to make a casket spray for my dad.

This was my first time using Sharon's Flowers to deliver a flower arrangement to a family member having surgery. The lady on the phone was thorough, the communication was quick and easy. I gave her my price range, they had a set rate for delivering to the hospital, she asked me general questions of what I would like the flower arrangement to look like and she came up with a beautiful arrangement for my price range. A relative sent me a picture of the arrangement and It was absolutely gorgeous. It was delivered the same day.same-day delivery

I've been ordering from Sharon's for years now, and have consistently been blown away by their customer service, arrangements, pricing, timely and prompt delivery, and lastly, the longevity of the arrangements. They truly listen to what you're asking for and always deliver above expectations. The arrangements are ALWAYS better than I envision they'll be and last longer than any other florist I've previously used. Recommending ALWAYS!!!
