“Small wait time as most places are but nothing egregious and the in-store selection was less than desirable (office furniture), if you are needing something sooner than a week. Other than that it was a perfectly normal experience and will continue to utilize this store for my office needs”

“Not usually too busy, I can run in and right back out in under 5 minutes. Kind of confusing what self service options they have and how to do it. Staff isnt the friendliest or most helpful anytime I've been there but not to the extent of rude. Overall atmosphere is bland, for lack of better words. I just feel like they expect you to know how to use self service options automatically, no one ever offers any help or guidance but often shows their disappointment if you go to their counter rather than use self service.”

“Staff is very friendly and helpful. Several times that I have returned, shipped, or needed help with packaging, the clerk was extremely patient and helpful. I’m on a cane and have even had a clerk greet me at the door to assist me… so helpful but not expected.”
