“Not usually too busy, I can run in and right back out in under 5 minutes. Kind of confusing what self service options they have and how to do it. Staff isnt the friendliest or most helpful anytime I've been there but not to the extent of rude. Overall atmosphere is bland, for lack of better words. I just feel like they expect you to know how to use self service options automatically, no one ever offers any help or guidance but often shows their disappointment if you go to their counter rather than use self service.”

“I didn't anticipate being difficult when making my purchase, but I was. I am so sorry. But, a shout out to Juan their graphic designer. He was so patient with me as I made a few changes to the design we wanted. He has a great eye for design and was very accommodating and timely with the changes I made. I think this is the third backdrop I have purchased from Sign Art Etc and each on has been perfect. The process, the print quality, and the quality of the vinyl backdrop have all been perfect.
