Beverly was ever so kind and helpful in my adventure of cleaning out 2 storage units. She gave detailed instructions and helpful hints in making everything go smoothly. Definitely went above and beyond her job description. I love that she was willing to take that time without showing any signs of irritation at my questions and didn’t rush me. Her display of customer service is rare these days. Makes a whole difference in the rest of the day depending on the attitude you encounter. She is a valuable asset to this company.
