Alex was AMAZINGLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. We went in to LOOK at beds but Alex was so friendly and wonderful that we ended up buying a Sleep Number bed and base and we're thrilled. For my store visit to decide on a new mattress I was greeted by Taylor. She was the only employee in the store and even with 2 other clients was able to assist me with answers and ideas when I asked. We went through the details of the mattress and accesories I wanted to cover and helped me complete my decision. As a result, I have a new ILE mattress, pillows, cover on order and delivery setup. A plesant visit overall and ready for a new bedroom setup.

Love our first Sleep Number bed for our cabin from 2023 and decided to get another one for our primary home. We had a great experience with the set up team on the first bed so felt very confident in getting a 2nd bed. Great help from Bre at the Lafayette store in answering questions since we decided to get the Climate 360 this time!

I just went in the store to look and to price the bed. I walked out a proud owner of a new sleep number bed. Taylor is the best. She took the time with me to show me alot of different items and explained everything to me. She made the process very easy.
