The employee named has caused me to take a closer look at how much money I'm spending a year at speed way its my go to for pop and gas it came to over $8000 a year . GOODBYE SPEEDWAY you won't be getting my money with disrespectful employees !!!
This specific location is trash the current evening employee (AJ) is rude and has no customer service skills. No please thank you and heaven forbid you ask him to refill cups or the fountain pop. He always seems annoyed and only pleasant to certain ppl and the floors are always wet and dangerous.

The lady behind the register decided she wanted to harass and disseminate me over my small bag on my bag. Chased me around the store threatening to call 911. Meanwhile a several women with purses were in the store at the same time. So what's the difference. There is no sign displayed about bags so basically this wmployee just gets to decided who she wants to harass. I will be looking for the video proof she chased me down and touched me for a lawsuit.

They really should start employees at a living wage which would bring an incredible evolution to the mood here. Also where's the integration with the Upside app for those nice discounts on fuel and store purchases? I was using Speedway regularly until Upside started giving me better prices elsewhere but would definitely get back to Speedway should those prices bounce back to the bottom! This location is very easy to get into and out, rarely too busy, a bit odd side of the city for me that isn't a typical run but infrequently comes in real handy.

I wanted to use the restroom at 11:40pm and the lady in attendance told me they only open them at 5:00am. I felt like I was racially profiled.

Low review simply bc air station is Out of Service. Does not look like they plan to get it fixed either. $2 for air and can't even pay to get any. This is a big deal when you've walked you're bicycle a mile to pump a tire. 3 places on the NorthEnd of town have air, all 3 are out of order. I spent a couple hours walking, looking for air. Went home with none.

01/18/23- Stopped by for nachos for my daughter. I asked Jeremiah for help. He was cleaning when I stopped him, but he didn't act put out. He was quick to change the cheese bag and even helped me fill the container.
I was happy to see that someone here is one step ahead and had a second cheese bag ready to go. Not all of the gas stations do this.
Besides Jeremiah, Michelle deserves a shout out. I was there on the 13th and 15th. Michelle was cleaning and helping customers when I walked in both times. She is aware of the customers that come in.
I hope the owner or member of your management team will reward both employees.
