I really enjoy most of the employees at this location they’re usually so nice and personable. The new manager at this location however is kind of an idiot and doesn’t know how to order a truck properly. If you don’t have the things people want they won’t come back here

Horrible customer service the night shift YUN HAI Z. needs fired immediately please review the tape. 8/3/2024 about 1050 to 1110. He has a horrible attitude and does every night but this time Refused my gas when I complained about it. At first I was just gonna report it through the number on the receipts but when I asked for the receipt he said tell them what you want. That was his first words speaking to me since arrival even though we had to ask for cups which he was annoyed by never greeted us or said your welcome for the cups i was super polite he just gave us dirty looks so after he said tell them what u want I asked why do you even work here if you have such a nasty attitude towards customers. I had to go back in and get gas he ended up refusing my gas because I was asking him what his problem was and why he works there rubbing his attitude off on customers I told him we was having a good day until we ran into him he told me to stop talking and swipe my card then refused the gas all together when I didn't shut up. Idc about the gas there is two other gas stations across the street i just couldnt believe how nasty he was I wasnt violent or loud I was polite but his nasty attitude could not be ignored. He doesn't care if he looses his job. He said it flat out way before I even spoke on his behavior.

My cigarettes are always on backorder.
I get cartons of the Rose colored Tourneys. I just went into the Speedway on 231 S . And they were on backorder again.

Teal road speedway Lafayette Indiana. Just wanted to exchange propane tank. Lady behind counter said we don’t do that. I asked what she meant, I mean they have them. She rudely said we have 10s of thousands of dollars in here we can’t just go outside to get you a tank. I said well why can’t the lady running the cash register watch the store while you go and unlock the tanks? She immediately pointed at the door and said leave! Embarrassed so I was when the girl at register shouted out and don’t ever come back!? im sure no one cares but I won’t! EVER!

Speedway is one of my favorite gas stations with great gasoline quality and easy going friendly staff in good locations but this is one of the least in the area. Rarely the best prices according to GasBuddy and for some weird reason Speedway does not integrate with Upside App for discounts.

Went in asked to do a propane exchange two employees working. women said the can't do propane and I said why not she said we have 10s of thousands of dollars in the store we can't go get you a tank. I said well theres Two of you can't one watch the store and one get me a tank. She pointed at the door and said leave. So I was, then the girl running the other register said don't ever come back! not that they care but believe me I will not. EVER!

Messy bathroom usually. Never can get receipts at pump, yet workers outside alot on smoke breaks rather than taking care of print paper at pump.

Place is very dirty.Fuel prices are always higher than the same company just down the road.Employee refused to give a receipt for a credit card purchase.

Stop here ince in a while definitely could use a deep clean and some repairs but just for gas is good.

This station is amall, cramped, dirty and rough. It's in a good location so I sometimes stop but always with hesitation. Sometimes can't get in the lot, sometimes can't get to a pump. Not your fault because you have to deal with the property you have. It's just inconvenient, that's all.

Dirtiest speedway I've ever been to, but guy behind the counter was so friendly. Tried to grab some 2 liters, but wasn't a very good selection.
