I had been regular customer at this speedway, but lately customer service been very poor. They have donuts advertised 2 for $4.00 but they charge $4.18 for 2. I even complained about it on Speedway website but nothing got it done. I went 3 weeks after but still they are charging extra. Nobody cares. Customer service is so poor that when I complained at the store, Cashier told me get out of the store. I will post all 3 photos with this review.

Gas pumps are always out of order. The pump glitched and only pumped $.06 and I went in to get it corrected and they said nothing could be done and I have to pay ANOTHER $20 of I wanted gas. Customer service has always been poor here and management doesn't care. Whoever the store manager is needs to be let go or demoted. This store is the only one with issues in the area. All of the other Speedway locations are good. This one needs a total teardown and rebuild of equipment and crew.

This gas station is trashy. Out of order pumps, then I go to one that should be working, but the card reader doesn’t work. The cashier said “yeah, some of the card readers don’t work” REALLY?!?! SPEEDWAY GAS STATIONS ARE TRASH. This will be the last time I go to this one. Luckily there is a new Marathon down the street.

Customer service very poor, I was there Sunday, Jan.12th around 5:40pm, The lady behind cash register must be having a bad day or something and taking out on the customers, She charged me wrong price for the item and once I asked her to fix the price as it is on the sign, She said take it or leave it and told me to GET OUT of the store. I never seen that bad customer service at speedway. I will not be shopping ever at this Speedway again.

Cleanest Speedway ive been in, in Indiana! Clean bathrooms, clean food and beverage counters. The young man working was nice and friendly.

Customer service sucked. Lady/girl was very rude when asking if we needed a key to the bathroom or if it was in use and she nodded. Was unclear what she meant so asked again and was talking under her breath and again said I was unsure on what she was trying to say but then made a comment that why would a door be locked unless it was in use. Well every store is different so that is why I asked. Well then she said that she was going to refuse me service. That's fine because I can service myself in the bathroom. She continue to discuss with her coworker that she was going to refuse me service which I was able to hear behind a closed door 2 over. Anyways we put gas $65 so it was not like we went just to use the bathroom. And the woman's bathroom that we were trying to use was being used by the male coworker.

This place constantly has employees standing right by the door smoking!!!!and if it's dark...you never know how much you are paying for gas!! Their sign never works

Friendly customer service, and they keep it up good inside and out. Close to I-65, late at night, it's best to get in and get out as quick as you can, as there is always some quirky individuals loitering around. Lock your vehicle and be mindful of your surroundings (it's the world we live in). Daytime is perfectly safe, just late nights get sketchy..

I went to put 20 dollars in gas and the clerk Rhonda told me that she didn't have change for a 100 dollar bill. If this country continues like this, where are we going to end up? That is one of the reasons why the economy of this country is in such a bad shape.
