Came there to get help with a product… the MANAGER did not want to help and actually asked me why dont i go to my company for help?!?! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING!!!!

Went in to purchase an office chair at the Staples in Lafayette Iindiana. The same exact model of chair was on sale at staples website for $138 and was $299 in the store. Asked a store employee is they could price match with their own company and was told that their GM wouldn't approve a price match. I told them they lost a customer but they didn't seem to care. Tried calling Staples customer service number to only be told you cannot file a complaint. Way to go staples for your great customer care. I plan on posting this complaint to multiple platforms and will not being business with them again

Prices at register are higher than what the price shows on the shelf, store is a mess, they are short staffed which creates longer lines and they let people cut the line. Very disrespectful and rude clerks. When we voiced our opinion, the clerk flipped us off. Told us they don't need our business we can leave. I'll be happy to spend my money elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Went to the desk for help. "You can print that yourself over there". I asked "where"?. He said"over there, and she can help you". I asked "who is she, and over where"?. He said "her, over there". I'll find some place else to take my business. Won't step foot in here again!

The store was very dirty. There are carts of boxes and trash in the aisles. Can’t even see some of the products. I would want to showcase their products instead of hide them. Went to the register and had to wait on someone to finish their food before they could ring me up. Their hands are dirty and messy and they want to touch my products I want to buy. NO THANK YOU!!! Keep your dirty products

Small wait time as most places are but nothing egregious and the in-store selection was less than desirable (office furniture), if you are needing something sooner than a week. Other than that it was a perfectly normal experience and will continue to utilize this store for my office needs

I go into this store several times a year to print documents. On this occasion I needed one copy made and laminated. The young woman did my simple job and did not charge me. I appreciate the time she took, while in the middle of another job to help me out. Thank you Ava! Excellent customer service!

Some Product prices not marked. Other product prices ring up much higher at the register . When I brought this to the clerks attention he did nothing about it so I didn’t get those items.

The associates Billy and Nick were extremely helpful with my shipping needs. Both gentleman were very patient and kind, and very knowledgeable on the services needed. They are an asset to this store!

I select Staples for Amazon returns which allows me to return the package and receive a coupon to shop. Unfortunately, most of the time this area is understaffed or the individuals aren’t happy to help with this service. On several occasions workers openly complained about performing the returns. The exception is Aiden. He is an ABSOLUTE JOY!! He has a positive attitude and always willing to help. I would give a higher rating if others were as welcoming and polite as he is. THANK YOU, AIDEN!!!
