I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. I, being in customer service, will do whatever it takes to make my customers have the most enjoyable experience possible. In two visits to this location, I am now wanting to switch to Verizon.I did not ask to be switched from Sprint to T-Mobile, I got great customer service from Sprint. So I went back to my old sprint location, and they were awesome.I will never be back to this location, and I RECCOMMENDED all find a new location. There are plenty in Lafayette.

Both Associates that helped us were very professional, swift, and knowledgeable. I have had Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint. This is by far our best experience at a cell phone store. Oh, and we got 4 new phones and 3 new iPads and were in and out in 2hours and 30minutes. I spent 7 hours at Verizon doing the same thing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I came into the store on creasy to simply pick up a SIM card for my upcoming vacation for my phone. Payment was taken , but I was given SIM card that didn’t work and still no refund and No service still I came to T-Mobile Because setting up a prepaid account should be easy and affordable and Fast everything this company claims they stand for I can in nearly 2 hours while this guy went in circles and twiddled his fingers still not knowing what I asked ELIJAH to call his supervisor and of course . There’s no one could help me where the money was that I paid for and still no help mind you all this for prepaid SIM card that scan and and go absolutely trash of a company. And don’t think for a second I recommend any of your services, There’s absolutely no reason I would recommend this company I’d rather have straight talk and or Xfinity mobile, at least after I pay I get what I pay for Service , I’m completely disgusted. With this behavior and how you guys conduct business. Grade F

It doesn't really get any better when the employee you're talking with is patient and kind. Especially when it comes to a carrier store. Mario explained everything in great detail and it was obvious that he knew exactly whet he was talking about. He gave confident answers that were accurate and was more than happy to repeat himself when I needed to hear something again.My vote is that Mario gets a raise immediately. If only every store experience could be this good. Thanks Mario!

They are always so pleasant and do a great job at the Creasy Store. Samantha is amazing, she's so sweet. After a month into to going with this company I was having issues with coverage and getting dropped a lot. I stopped into another office. The gentleman was very nice but he pulled up the map and explained where we lived there were dead zones. We live near Battleground/West Laf and the service is very poor out there.

If you are looking for outstanding and AMAZING customer service, this is the place! Mario is the person to see. After being mislead by a Mobile store in Indy, Mario set everything straight and even stayed after hours to sort out the mess. THANK YOU Mario, you went above and beyond!
