I’d put no stars if I could. He is a weasel and doesn’t do the due diligence to his customers. He has failed on giving me his warranty info numerous times. He gives excuses, dodges calls, dodges you in person. He has lied and made stuff up. I had went to a different transmission shop and they said I wouldn’t have the problems with my NEW transmission or TCM module. Mind you the code was a TCM MALFUNCTION. He was trying to play it off as a different part was bad. He was real vague and short with me. Got irritated when I knew his game he was playing. Eventually got billed for this “part” that was “stuck”. It was a TCM module. Not whatever he was trying to make it out to be and him trying to say oh don’t worry if it’ll be covered under my warranty. I’ll be waiting for his awful reply to this review but just for anyone wanting to take their stuff here DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save yourself the anxiety and stress.

I had issues with transmission on my Dodge Caravan. I never thought it getting it repaired would drive better than a new vehicle. Taylor and team did an amazing job. He’s professional honest and committed to time.
Thank you for the repair I am more comfortable now driving the vehicle than I was before taking it.

Needed more then two gears in my suv, got ahold of Dave and he got my suv in and shifting perfect like it was off the showroom floor. With honesty, great pricing and customer service that can’t be beat, Taylor transmission is most definitely the place to go! They will get you in and back on the road in no time! Taylor transmission really helped me out when I was in a tough spot. I needed a slave cylinder replaced which required my whole transmission to be dropped. The guys here got it done in no time flat with no hassle! The best part is that I wasn't charged an arm and a leg for the fix! Reasonable pricing for excellent service. 10/10 will be taking my car there for any future work!!

Amazing customer service! My experience with Taylor was great, he was very kind and helpful. They took care of the issue fast and even helped me out with getting to work when I left my car there. They worked with me with my busy schedule and was able to work quickly and efficiently. In addition, the pricing was extremely fair. I don’t consider myself extremely knowledgeable in cars and felt that my problem was solved very well and did not feel ripped off my the result in the slightest. Great service and very customer centered.

Tldr one of the most honest mechanics I have worked with
Gave me a free inspection for a P0700 error code on an 04 Saturn Ion (same as similar year model cobalts) and resolved the issue (code U2105 CAN comms issue) without charging me a dime beyond the beer I bought him for the work. Stand up guy who looks out for the people he employs and works for, and he will not overcharge or scam you. Very happy with this shop, will be coming back in the future

Talked with them on a Monday, met with them on a Tuesday for diagnosis on the issues I was having, left it with them that night and not even 36 hours later I got my truck back with a clean bill of health and an upgraded from factory transmission that shifts great and works flawlessly.
