“This place used to be Robinson Tire and the staff are wonderful and very trustworthy and honest. That's hard to find more and more. I made an appointment for new tires, oil change and to have my brakes checked. I know that I will be treated like a family member.”

“Fast, Excellent service, Fair Prices, Friendly staff. I'd give 6 stars if I could. I don't know why but I have the worst luck with tires. Recently had two vacle stems begin leaking back to back the first one I took to discount tire because of my work schedule & the refused to change the stem & forced me to buy a used tire even though my tires were less than a month old this time I went to BWC, they quoted me $80 but after doing the job only charged me $30. I don't know a lot of other places around town that would do that knowing they could just charge the original amount. I came in without an appointment & they looked pretty busy so I expected to have to wait before I was told I would pull into the bay immediately. I would recommend them to anyone for any Tire or automotive needs 10/10 times. After dealing with every other tire shop in town I refuse to go anywhere but BWC”

“I was on an 8 hour trip, and two hours in, my car started having problems. Everywhere else in Lafayette said it would take 3 days at least to look at it, but automotive solutions said that they could look at my car that day to tell me if it was safe to drive and see if they could even fix it that day. Everyone was nice and helpful, and my car was fixed in just a few hours. It seemed like a great community with many satisfied customers, and my experience was also amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“I have worked with garages like this before. And seems like it's always a guy that knows his German cars in and out and know their cars like the back of their hand. The thing I've noticed is they are such car guys, their organization in the office is not what you call top notch. But they know everything about each one of their cars and know everything about each one of their cars. If you try walter, make sure to ask questions, ask for options, and I'm sure you will get a good assessment. You may not like the assessment but you picked a German car so the assessments are always going to be high. I use Walter this time for a second opinion, his options aligned with my first garage, and he gave me a better option that was a fraction of the price. I'll definitely be going back for service. Only reason I'm not giving him five stars is purely the visual organization of his garage.”

Traveling Ohio to Chicago, found my serpentine belt shredding with a stop in Lafayette, had to stay the night, called this shop next morning, told them what was going on, they said bring it in ASAP, they had it diagnosed (water pump) in 20min, parts ordered, old parts pulled off and buttoned up in ~2hrs at a reasonable cost!
It’s an entire team atmosphere here, taking care of whoever walks thru their door, Purdue students, travelers, Lafayette citizens, and the shop is cozy while you wait!

“I really like this auto shop and have used them a few times, and always with wonderful repairs and prices that don't make me feel like I will have to remortgage my home. Along with the wonderful repairs, I really feel like I can trust them with their diagnosing and everything else about the whole process. I won't trust my repairs with anyone else, especially because, as an older woman, I feel that other places are more likely to take advantage of me. The minute I walk into Auto Diagnostics and Repairs, I feel like I am home and it's family working on my car. Trust is a major issue with repair shops, so I always use them.

“I can’t possibly explain how much we appreciate and trust Momax. They are so thorough, fairly priced and do incredible work. They will never overcharge you for repairs and discuss everything before they do any work. It’s like talking to a family member that you implicitly trust. Three times now, we have purchased cars that came to us with repairs needed (local dealership that starts with an R quoted three times the price and the car came off their lot with issues) and within a day had them diagnosed, quoted and often repaired within 24 hours. It’s so rare and such a blessing to have this repair shop locally. God bless you all for providing such a service to the community and treating us like family.”

“On a road trip I sustained a flat tire on 65 near Lafayette. I called, they located my tire (in stock) and told me they would be waiting for me. Got there 20 minutes later and they got me right in. Was only there for 15 minutes and they had me on the road. They were so kind in my stressful situation. I even made the flight I was trying to catch! Thank you!!!!”

“Firstly the experience was great due to my warranties still be active but over all a great experience. Took the time evaluating and making sure my vehicle was solid and taken care of before I left. Plenty of reading material for me to stay mentally busy with a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Seating was comfortable and television was also available if you’re into that. When diagnostics are completed you get a full run down of recommendations for the life and longevity of your vehicle. That way you can choose if that is something you want down now or later depending on your personal situation. At that time you can also get a thirty day quote on brand new tires with total cost out the door. Very professional place of business. I will be back. One downfall. In my y opinion due to it effecting myself. This particular Firestone location does not offer the Hybrid experience or tools to diagnose certain electrical components without current state of failure. Will need check engine light to see anything wrong computer-wise. Other than that. Very solid, honest and time efficient place of business.”

“I got an oil change at the Farabee location. Excellent service. Nice people. They run good promotions and do the job well. The waiting area is small but comfortable. It wasn’t noisy and not filled with fumes, so I could get some work down while waiting. Definitely coming back.”
