“I bought a used car from this dealership in July of 2025 and was blown away by the service. Chris truly went above and beyond. He assisted with an inspection and we negotiated a fair price. After that he noticed that the clutch might need work and got it done without my asking -- we had already agreed to the sale so he really didn't need to do that. He even delivered it to me in Indianapolis. I've had questions since and even though a month has passed, he is still available and extremely helpful. I love the car as well. I've never had a dealership experience like this and can't recommend the palce enough!”

“Great experience buying a car here. I was helped by Jeremy, who is apparently newer on the job, but you could have fooled me! He was very personable and knowledgeable throughout the process and was very good about answering my many questions regarding the car I was looking at. I never felt pressured to take any optional add-ons and he never made me feel like I was being forced into anything.Additionally, I forgot my garage door opener in my trade-in vehicle on the night I purchased my new car and Jeremy was able to grab it and hold it for me so I could run back the next day and get it, saving me quite the headache. A week and a half after the purchase, I also needed to follow-up with him to confirm some information and make sure I had my ducks in a row and he was very quick to get the information I needed to me. If by the time I need a new vehicle he is still in the area, I'll definitely buy from him again.The Finance manager I worked with (can't remember his name but he was inside the Honda building) was also very clear with communication and laid out the best options for me as far as financing and also explained each part of the process thoroughly. I never felt like he was trying to hide pieces of information from me.Overall, it was a very stress-free and pleasant car buying experience, and I love the car I got! Thanks guys!”

“They shouldn’t even get one star.I got a car from here almost 2 years ago and they decided to repo it because of no “insurance” when I had two insurance policies. He called me once and left one message saying to get ahold of him when I could. I work a full time job and when I get off they are closed.I got a 2009 Jeep Compass marked at $10,000, found out it was worth only $1,500. I have had to put $3,000 worth of maintenance into this car. Even though they said it was in good condition. And I still haven’t even fixed to 100% working condition.Workers (Jason) are very unprofessional, they wanted me to pay $160 to get my belongings out of the car. He told me that he would give me a paper stating that I wasn’t on the lease anymore if I gave him the key plus the $160.When it came down to it he got unprofessionally upset about us asking basic financial questions about his business and my car specifically on how they price them. He yelled at us to get out, we calmly left the building, but he put his hands on my sister that is a minor to shut the door on us.We called the police and he negotiated the repossessed fee that I had to pay when they talked to them.When you first go in and talk to them they will make you feel like you actually matter to them. And they will do what they can to help out. But when it comes down to it all they care about is the money.You would be better off going to a junk yard and building your own car than what kind of cars they will try and sell you.THEY DELETE ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS”

“Great place have no issues it a used car lot people should know that people cry have a to and breaks down they want to cry while a dealership to fix it is that is car lot maybe you get good credit go to a better car lot if a used car lot I had no issues with these people it's a used car lot I understand used car lots when you go to car lot you test drive it like I did something wrong you bring up to the dealership you don't take your car home have it for a year or two then complain about it on a review after you had the car for a year or two”
