With the new construction this post office has completely fallen apart. There is minimal staff, and they take an extremely long time dealing with each customer. The line has consistently been completely out of the door, nothing is streamlined. I don’t usually complain about waiting but to be at the post office for 2 hours just to get items from your P.O. Box and still have to pay full price every month is downright criminal. It’s been like this for at least 2 months

The USPS finds innovative ways to be horrible at their jobs each time you go, it's honestly impressive.

Horrible service. I've attempted to mail packages to my daughter, who lives in a large apartment complex. She has been at this address for a year, and I have successfully sent packages to her at this address. Since 2024 began, I've tried twice now, and both packages have been marked returned due to "incorrect address." In both cases, I had my post office check and confirmed the validity of my daughter's address. It is accurate and valid. The first package was held so she could pick it up "as a courtesy." The second package was supposedly returned May 3rd. It is May 8th, and I have yet to receive it. The 800 number is a joke. It merely parrots what I can already see in the tracking information. Trying to get a direct number to speak to someone at that post office is a joke. I have never seen this level of incompetence in a major company. USPS needs to be overhauled from the Post Master General all the way down. Benjamin Franklin would be humiliated to see what his brain child has become.

Went to the passport counter today. After waiting for nearly 40 minutes, the lady at the counter said they don’t take walk-ins on Saturdays. There was no one after us and there was still an hour and half left before the counter closes at noon. The lady was extremely rude and standoffish with customers before us and we didn’t expect anything better for us. No wonder USPS is going down! I am trying to avoid going there again. Really bad experience.

I went in to drop off a return got in and out fast. Only downside is the person who I was returning it to automatically assumed that I was paying for the return which got confusing because I had a QR code that was for a free return.

This office is like the final boss of USPS PO's! Of all the places I've lived, I have never witnessed such incompetence in a PO. Expecting mail from them? They won't "find your address". Expecting a package from them!? Forget it! They ain't got time for boxes! Oh, you want them to hold your mail so you can leave work early and do their job for them by picking it up at the PO?? Sorry, they already sent it back to sender after they told you they would hold it for pickup that day. Moral of this review, don't waste your time going through USPS but if you do, allow for 1-2 business months for them to get you your mail. I'm on 18 days and counting now...

I needed to get my fingerprint scan sent for a background check apostille document and had to first wait an hour just to even talk to someone. And when I got to the desk, they told me the fingerprint person was not there today and took my contact information to let them know. But then someone else told me that the fingerprint person was in office the whole time and no one had let them know that I was there which was annoying. I went back the next day to try again and the lady told me the fingerprint scanner was broken this whole time. Was the worst experience of my life & wasted so much time and energy for nothing. Would give 0 stars if I could. Hated every minute of it.

Much too slow with no sense of urgency.
