She saw my vision and effortlessly brought it to life. Lisa decorated every nook and cranny of the venue, no detail was missed. They communicated with our live band and the caterer, I did not have to lift a finger or worry for a single moment. Lisa and Verlyn made sure that my husband and I ate dinner and had full drinks throughout the day and into the evening, their hospitality is top notch. Verlyn's sound system and lighting are insane and kept the party going up until the last second. They even changed the stage backdrop for the reception. The team at Gathering Acres made planning a 250 person wedding with a large wedding party as easy-peasy as possible. They are so organized and care greatly about their clients. THANK YOU for making my childhood dreams come true. It was a fairytale because of you.”

“Had the ceremony and reception at The Blessing Barn. It’s a beautiful and affordable setting. Destiny allows you to choose your own vendors and is extremely easy and pleasant to work with. The ceremony was held under the grain bin gazebo with guests circling the edge and the ceremony completing the circle, it was a circle of love surrounding us on our blessed day.”

“Charming little escape just a few minutes away from the madness of IN-26 and the serenity of the Hoosier Heartland. Comfortable folding chairs and sturdy folding tables, adequate restrooms and a nice little kitchen area, the place was perfect for our family reunion. We are coming back year after year. It's just too... perfect to pass up!”

“We were there for an outdoor wedding and wedding reception. The grounds are ok. More landscaping would make it more intimate for the outdoor wedding. The reception was crowded and disjointed. People were spread through three rooms so it was hard to know what was going on. It was also hard to move around. It is certainly a beautiful house with great character.”

“Amber and Joe were PHENOMENAL. We had issues with a 3rd party booking app booking the wrong dates, and even though we weren't able to change the booking date, we still stayed the night we arrived regardless. They both did absolutely everything in their power to help us out. Such kind folks, aswell as the woman who checked me out the next morning. (I'm sorry, I didn't see your nametag!)

Amazing value for the price, you get so much more bang for your buck. The rooms are small, but practically spotless. The small size is a bonus, as it makes the room easier to cool and heat, along with making it feel cozier. The beds are comfortable, and you just sink into the pillows; so so soft. One of the best sleeps I've had at a hotel. The choice of channels on the TV are diverse, showers are spacious; you're provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and water pressure is good. The pool wasn't available the night we stayed, but we were offered to swim in the pool of the other partnered hotels. The advertised Fox's Pizza Den is the BOMB. Beats pizza hut and pizza king by a long shot! It's also right around the corner from the hotel.

The parking lot was pretty confusing to get to as someone who doesn't know Lafayette well, so make sure you have the exact location plugged into your GPS and keep on the look out for the turns, or else you might get lost.”
