This store has a bunch of bad reviews for a reason. They will screw their customers out of hundreds of dollars every chance they get. Not willing to work with customers on problems, and completely unprofessional.
When I bought my new phone, there was a promotion for a trade in, which they used to sell me a new phone at a higher price than I initially wanted. After the phone arrived, my phone had a security malfunction and I was told I’d need to come back. They never told me how long I had and I figured I had a reasonable amount of time. I came back six weeks later when my work schedule calmed down and was told that the could not honor the trade in value. There was nothing they could do, nor would they try to help me in any way.
They never made a phone call to check in. They never did anything to support their customer and then pulled the rug out on me.
Stay away.

After so many attempts to upgrade in Frankfort and being turned away. I stopped in to this location where i originally got my plan . Zach made it happen with no issues . He showed what good customer service is and upgraded me . He was polite and very responsive to any questions I had. Zach did an amazing job making me feel like a valued customer and kept me with this company forever. Zach deserves to be recognized for his leadership and dedication to the company . I am thankful for him and genuinely appreciate the person he is!

I came into the store to check to make sure I didn't get hacked because somebody called me saying they were Verizon and asked about passwords so I came into the store to just be safe and Adam was more than helpful he looked over my phone and account and made sure everything was good and also was able to save me money on my bill. Will come back again to this store they always treat me good.

Trevett was very helpful for us to find the best option to meet our needs. He was very patient and friendly and took the time to explain all the details, which greatly helped us better understand the plans and possible additions we can have. Would give negative stars if I could. Added a line without my knowledge only to disconnect and cost me a promotion. Extremely unethical and shady business practices. Not a true verizon store. Avoid at all costs

Zach did such a great job helping us: from helping a family member from out of town trade in his phone to resolving an ongoing billing error in our account, his persistence, patience, and friendly demeanor are VERY appreciated. Verizon of veterans 350 was the best experience ever with phone services. My hats off to Logan Dibble for his friendly and professional service. Couldn't meet a nicer person!!!
