Initially I thought I had a great experience considering all the issues that I had last month, but after reviewing my Bill I realized I was taken advantage of. Nancy was my Representative when I came in for the “on us” promotion. I remember her specifically asking if I wanted Verizon Mobile Protect, and I said No. I was signed up for it anyway. She also made it seem as if the Apple Music Family and Hulu were included in the Unlimited Ultimate plan. It was not, so In total i was paying an extra 37 dollars a month!!! I initially thought she was very patient and real, but after she pulled that one under me, it really put a bad taste in my mouth. So my Initial personal survey is not 5/5 for Nancy, I would say a 2/5 considering she was not being honest.

I went in the Frankfort store to change my service and was totally ignored. CSR walked right by us and never acknowledged me and my wife, who at that point had been waiting over 5 minutes. We just looked at each other, shrugged our shoulders, and walked out. FYI, she was NOT overly busy. A simple "I'll be right with you" would have made all the difference.

? Extremely Racist Store Associate by the name of Nancy! Surprised that Verizon would employ someone of her caliber & allow her to represent them. Harsh experience at this store on today, makes me regret doing business with Verizon!!!!

Super service for my friend setting up her new phone. So helpful and did all of the tech stuff so quickly. Had it up and running with old photos and contact list. Then put in several of her favorite apps! Thank you Verizon!

It's worth your time to drive over to Best Buy where they're a lot more helpful and knowledgeable. Nancy first said our old phone was worth nothing in trade in but turns out it was worth 800. That's a big error and a loss I'm glad we avoid due to checking ourselves.

Stay away from here. I have never been taken advantage of like verizon has taken advantage 9f me. I have had verizon for 2 years and i have been lied to just to get me into a contract. Lied to by the store staff promising me services they dont offer to upsell me. And the most recent issue is absolutely horrible. Verizon on its iwn and not with my permission created a sub account and closed the sub account without my knowledge, they then sent the sub account to collections. They never informed us of this, it was only duscovered when i tries to upgrade my phones. As of this post i have 3 days and 14 hours on the phone with verizon. And even though ive had over 20 veruzon employees tell me it was an error on their end verizon insist on me oaying the fraudulent bill. No one in verizon will assist me in getting this resolved. I have had to resort to filling charges on verizon with my local police department. So before you walk through these doors this is how they treat a disables person on a very small monthly budget, how are they gonna treat you. And no i cant get ahold of anyone in coroprate

Met as soon as we entered by a friendly person. Short wait and Jessica greeted us and did a fantastic job. Ran into issues with porting from our old service and she never gave up. Very thorough and made sure that we got the discounts that were available. Called us later in the day just to make sure all was good. We'll see how Verizon does as time goes by but, Jessica is a great asset to them.

Blake was absolutely amazing. He helped us switch owner of our account and got us a deal for unlimited saving us quite a bit of money every month. He was very kind, listened to what we were needing and only helped us with that. Did not try to push any unneeded sales. He went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care. Such a delight to deal with. There really isn't many people out there with his skills. Thank so much for all the help.
