We have been loyal customers for twenty-five years of the Walgreens on Old US Hwy 231. Even once we moved to the opposite side of town, we still continue to drive to this Walgreens because of the phenomenal customer service we get here. Everyone knows who we are and that makes a difference when we pull up to the window to get our prescriptions or walk up in the store. The employees that we usually interface with are professional, friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. Yes, there are times that it is difficult to have staff in the pharmacy, especially during covid. If the only pharmacist goes home sick or cannot come into work, they have to close the pharmacy and are not allowed to dispense medications. This is the law. I understand the frustration some of you have faced, because I have faced it too when that happens. Overall, in all the years we have been loyal customers, the pharmacy staff has gone out of their way to contact us about issues they have had with our insurance, or that we had medications that didn't have any refills remaining, or that we are behind in our vaccines so we should come in and get up-to-date on them. I could go on, but these are just for a few examples. What other pharmacy does these kinds of things? This one! The pharmacy staff is outstanding! I also have to give recognition to three of their employees who performed in an outstanding manner when my father fell as we were checking out the other day. The cashier was quick to get the wheelchair and help me get my father up. He asked if we wanted him to call 911 and did so for us in a calm, professional tone. Right away, two of the pharmacy staff came up to evaluate him and to take his blood pressure. They stayed with us until the ambulance arrived. We love this Walgreens and it's staff!! You can't get any better than this! Thank you to Dylan, Stacey, Sookkyung, Kelly, and Daniel along with all the other staff who do an amazing job each and every day!

My family loves the pharmacy staff at this location. We've been working with them for more than 20 years. They are always knowledgeable, helpful, and caring.

I wish I got the name of the lady in the pharmacy department that helped me out.i give her 10/10 and give her a rise!! I was having issues getting my medication in stock and she really went above and beyond in I got my medication in 20min from talking to her. It was a PAIN to get to a human to help. Thank you lady who helped me get my medication for my mastitis! You really saved me for this horrible infection! Plus she helped me get a discount on my medication

Now I'm writing my review on the store not the pharmacy I've never used the pharmacy but I've been going to this Walgreens for years I've never had issues with it especially now with the people that work there I've always found them very helpful and friendly and it's a secret gold mine for sports cards that no one knows about I would recommend this Walgreens there's a lot worse ones here in town that's for sure.

Amanda, your manager, has been caught in a viral video displaying unacceptable behavior towards customers. Her actions are unprofessional and disrespectful, and she needs to be held accountable for them. It is imperative that the company takes immediate action and terminates her employment.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! It has become ridiculous since Tony retired. Techs, not the pharmacist, but techs, one in particular but I don't know her name, needs to stay in her lane as a tech and not act like a Dr or social worker. Serious inappropriate and unprofessional control issues. Serious lack of listening skills. Do NOT recommend this Walgreens.

Same problems as other reviews. Pharmacy is a joke! Rude, never stocked, suppose to call then they don't. Prescriptions are suppose to be ready & they're not. So wait 10-15 mins longer. Went 3 days without blood pressure medication. Really! Kinda think it's important. My advice like others is go elsewhere. If you disagree or had a wonderful 5 star experience then maybe you should buy a lottery ticket because you are lucky. This has been a constant battle over a year & I will not give this place the benefit of the doubt anymore.

A teen girl or early 20's girl told us over the phone that they had the valentine's squishmallows but weren't putting them out until January. And then a male manager lied to us and told us they didn't have them at all, not even in the back. We come in a week later, and they are on the shelves. Employees are rude, except for a nice and sweet older woman.

Managers are never here when you need them. They apparently don't work on weekends or even during the week after 3pm. And poor staff isn't trained to help very well. If you need anything FedEx. Just go to a FedEx facility. These people don't know what they're doing. I don't blame the staff, just lousy management.

Worst Pharmacy every! They just closed for days with no warning, no explanation. No way to get my medicine that can't be transferred because there is no there no one working to do anything. They have a good pharmacist and good employees but whoever schedules the people should loss their job. It is one thing for a general store to close, but a pharmacy is something that people can't go elsewhere.
