Every time I come in here and there's no monster cereal... I leave a review.. but now you've done crossed the line and there's no Halloween Oreos either... which goes to prove THIS STORE HATES HALLOWEEN!!

In the electronics department I just worked with the most knowledgeable associate I have ever run had an opportunity to work with. Jason is a classic "techno/phone geek". He is my new "go to" for my Mom's Trac Phone AND my Apple products.I would be willing to drive down from DG to chat with this guy.

Came to do school supply shopping for my daughter and couldn't receive any help to get access to a fitting room..asked an employee named grace with red hair she said she couldn't help me by trying to contact anyone or how to page anyone. So I then went to services to ask for help there. The manager Cynthia literally walked away from us without even addressing us and.started to have a conversation with other employees.. when I asked if we would get any help she said she had already paged someone. We waited over ten multiple employees were walking by and none knew how to access a key to open the door or page someone. It's no wonder this place has two stars customer service is serious slacking . Never experienced customer service like this. Not to mention we didn't take any of the clothes because we couldn't try it on. Tip Walmart. Make it convenient for your paying customers to try on clothing so that your able to make more sales. You can usually get more stuff from your snap card here vs Meijer and it shows by the crowd they attract. Highly recommend you conceal carry in this location. Hood rats everywhere with their underwear showing.
