I was rudely reprimanded by store Associate at the Lafayette Indiana store on Veterans Memorial Highway (Rhonda Whitus) for placing my item in a bag as I scan and shop!
She told me it was not allowed, and really said I'm taking your bags!
If this is not allowed.. then why do they ask if you like it on the survey?

The lady at the service desk was rude and abrasive and wouldn't accept my insta pay. Had to go to another walmart.

Just going by my experience there last night, I can say the 3 employees that I asked for help to find things, were very helpful. They even knew the exact location for the obscure things I was looking for. But I'll admit, that's kinda rare. On many visits you just can't find help. Here's hoping they are getting better at it. Judging by my last visit, they're headed in the right direction.
