“Yesterday my daughter got married 3 hours before the wedding my dress zipper broke. We caller and found this store and I drove 40 mins to the store. The 2 store managers Linda and Mary were the absolute best they pulled the dress for me and took photos and had it waiting for me to try on. It fit beautifully and they were so kind! They cut the tags i paid and bagged my street clothes and I was out the door. It was best service ever! The dress I was told was better than my first dress!”

“I love Citi Trends! Its the only place ill shop in town for clothes, they have the freshest gear in the City! All sizes and im 6"4 so its hard to find shirts that are long enough and this place has them all and their prices cant be beat! Do i sound like i work there yet? “Wow, haven't seen a Penny's that looked like a real store in awhile. Fully stocked, extremely helpful staff. Was in a hurry cause I was traveling and needed some shorts. Bought 3 pair and 4 tops in about 30 minutes. Asked a clerk if she could find me a pair of shorts in a particular color and she found one in the storeroom. Very nice, helpful staff!”

“i moved from california 6 months ago to indiana. i’ve been in DESPERATE need of new bras but been putting it off for months. i finally bought a couple online yesterday & did an in store pick up to find out when i got home they were too tight & small. now i know my bras were old & worn in but figured my sizing wouldn’t be too far off from what ive been wearing for several years only to be proven wrong. i came in today to exchange them for a bigger size not even sure what size i would need. Ariana greeted me the second i walked into the store. when i told her my issue she asked me questions about how they fit & helped me find my new size. i haven’t had a bra fit so amazingly in over 6 years. hands down one of the best associates ive ever had the pleasure of meeting & assisting me in shopping through all the torrid’s i’ve been to over the last 13 years ive been shopping with torrid. if you’re ever at this torrid & she’s there highly recommend asking her for assistance. she is wonderful, patient, extremely kind & sooooo knowledgeable with what fits different body types. i will be back for sure for future attire i need knowing im in good hands at this location”

I suppose I shouldn't name the other " department " stores but one starts with a k one with a t and I suppose one starts with J.The quality ,which by the way cannot be determined online, at Macy's is excellent. The selection is amazing. I recently bought an expensive ring there for 30 percent of the original price . They run a sale it's a sale not hike it up then take a little off . This weekend I purchased gifts for a 70 yr old woman down to an 11 year old girl with a mixture of every age and gender in between .home goods clothing earrings a jacket all at great prices and of great quality. If we let all the brick and mortar stores go we will be missing a lot ...and paying more By the way yes I shop online yes I'm prime which is great If you don't need to feel the quality”
