Not a good bank in general. I tried closing my accounts and it took forever. The bank app doesn't work well either. And customer service over the phone? Awful. I would not recommend banking here.

I really enjoy the family vibe they give when u try and get issue handled or business done . Never once have I had a complaint.

Well they have the worst customer service in the world my account hot havked they got over 2600 dollars when the card was supposed to been canceled and it wasn't now q0 days later still not received all my monry ba k but will be closing the account when I do
