We have been a Comcast now Xfinity customer for almost 30 years. We have stuck with them through thick and food and they have kept us as customers because they have found a way to always fix our problem or lower our cost for internet and phone. We had issues with our account and we stopped in at the store and it was handled quickly and professionally. I would say we are doing much better with our monthly bill because the internet and are two phones are a total of 109 where is our cable bill used to be 180 a month.

My experience with Comcast xfinity has been mixed but mostly good. The wait in the store is long but if you need help and can not get it done with a phone call or on the app then going to the store is the best idea. They are very knowledgeable and have helped me every time. Just exercise patience and be prepared to wait.

I have been attempting to obtain an eSIM card since 2:00 PM, and it is now 8:50 PM. I regrettably missed work today because my screen froze for three hours. Consequently, I filed a claim with my insurance and tried to transfer my services to an older phone so I would have a working device while awaiting a replacement. However, my original phone began functioning again, which necessitated a new eSIM card. I have spoken with five different individuals over the past six hours, and unfortunately, nothing has been resolved. It is now 8:50 PM, and I have missed work and am now missing my evening with my family. I will be considering alternative service providers in the future.

I have automated billing from my checking acct. I noticed they didn’t bill my acct this month so I checked the App and THEY BILLED THE WRONG Acct so the payment was rejected. Then they charged me an additional $$30 to go on next month’s bill which amazingly is scheduled to come out of the correct acct. How and why did they change my account information without contacting me and then change it back? I made the payment immediately but the $10 late fee and $20 returned fee are still being added to next month’s bill. Is this a scam to make more money?

Robert took care of me, answered all my questions. I purchased the TV packages that had the channels I wanted. He knew his products. I was very pleased.

People in the store are nice. Pleasant and helpful. They file a service order for me but the company still hasn't sent someone out to complete the work and get the line out of my backyard.
