About Lafayette Family YMCA Downtown

The Lafayette Family YMCA Downtown is a clean, smaller gym with friendly staff and little distraction, making it a great choice for focused workouts. It offers a range of equipment, including about 20 weight-lifting machines, 10 treadmills, dumbbells, and a squat/bench free weights area. The facility also has a group fitness room, showers, and a K-cup machine for coffee, located in the basement of the building.
