Truthfully I was having trouble with my engagement ring. He proposed in January and by March it needed fixed. Now its July and its been fixed 3 times. After the 2nd time they told me it would be considered a faulty ring of some sort if it happened again. and sadly it did. I was told I could exchange and then another time I was told I couldn’t. Thankfully Courtney heard me not only as a customer but as a person. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. She told me that multiple people have had problems with said ring and it made me feel seen. I was worried I was going to have a beautiful ring that was too fragile to wear. and times are hard and I need that reminder that my husband is always there for me. Courtney was able to help me find a sturdy and beautiful ring to exchange. I can’t be more thankful for her and her dedication to making sure I was satisfied and in love with my ring!

I had a ring picked out and went to purchase said ring size 9 but was unable to on there online system so I looked in store found a Vera Wang ring size 7 they told me it had better warranty and it was a little cheaper and I could have it sized up to a 9, so I purchased said ring proposed to my now fiancé took the ring back in 2 days later to get it sized and was informed that it couldn't be sized up to a 9 because it's a Vera Wang can only go up 1 size, they then offered us a refund and they could special order this particular ring because of the mix up and it would be made a size 9 we agreed, paid again for the ring said it would be 6 to 8 weeks and it would be ready. called at exactly week number . to check progress (since they said we may get it back sooner ) and they then informed us they can't do the special order and gave us a refund. now we r left with no ring just a promise i made.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Best business experience my husband and I had. We went to a local jewelry store close to where he grew up only to have his choice in rings shamed because they weren't bought there and they refused to resize them,but Zales stepped up,said how spectacular it was,nothing wrong with it and they will do anything we needed whether we chose to purchase now or future with them

I had The worst experience I’ve ever had here I’ve had my ring since 2013 and I’ve never had an issue getting it Inspected for the warranty until now. I went in there to have it inspected the first lady barely looked at it, and gave it back to me and said because it was a pink sapphire She refused to clean it and didn’t even inspect it. I waited two days to go back in there at 11 o’clock when they were supposed to open they didn’t open until almost 1130 knowing I was waiting and then the next two ladies looked at me like I was beneath them and didn’t want to inspect my ring still refused to clean it, but the lady finally did and she did check it, but she also gave me attitude about it and said because it’s a pink sapphire, they can’t clean it. I’ve been coming here since 2013, Never had an issue with it getting cleaned inspected always had great service but these ladies that work there now don’t do their job and I don’t even want to go, but I have to because if you don’t have an inspected every six months it avoids the warranty. Do not recommend buying anything from here take your money and your business somewhere else where you will get appreciated.

They provided me with the most awful customer service I have ever received in my life. I paid for the lifetime guarantee and they refuse to honor their work when a diamond came out of my ring 6 years later. I followed the warrantee and had my ring cleaned and inspected regularly but they will not honor their word or their work. Check out their 1 star rating from the better business bureau. If you want your ring to last a lifetime; buy it elsewhere!

I had the BEST experience today because of Alex at Zales in Lafayette, IN mall. My boyfriend and I were looking for an engagement ring. Zales was the very first stop for us. We looked at the options, I found the one of my absolute dreams immediately and EVERYONE knew it. Alex was so patient, so fun, and did not push a single thing on us when we told her we wanted to look at other places. So we left and went to two other places. Neither compared in quality of rings or service. Fast forward and we ended up back at Zales with Alex. The vibe, the amazing customer service, EVERYTHING was just perfect. I cannot thank Alex enough for making my dreams come true doing everything she can to make it happen for us. I highly recommend going to her for any and ALL of your jewelry needs. She is absolutely amazing!!
