I called to get some help taking some cats from an animal hoarding situation. The staff all had different stories on steps already taken and told me multiple different things on what needed to be done. They initially sent me to the sheriff's department who sent me back to them and had me essentially tell them to do their job. Staff was very rude on the phone. Kept interrupting me and would not listen to what I was trying to tell them. Overall very useless organization in my opinion. I'm terribly disappointed with how they handled things and am extremely frustrated by their lack of action and outright refusal to help.

Was in process of adopting a kitten, we were first told one thing then a week later we got told other stuff.. new stuff every week. They can't communicate it seems like. Everyone was saying different things. This location was WAY better with their old owner(when I adopted my other cat 2 years ago)

Horrible experience...adopted a puppy ..did the paperwork..paid for it ...brought my dog to meet him..then as I leave they tell me no because my dog at home isn't fixed...they should of started with that and they even called my vet and didn't ask ... 2 hours wasted...

Found someone's dog sitting on the corner of my street. Went around asking if anyone could tell me who it belonged to and then decided to call these guys up. They let me bring her in I hope it made it easier for her owner to find her I hate seeing sad eyed lost dog's 🐕

I adopted my sweet dog Rosie from this shelter back in January of this year. She is the sweetest pup and always greets me at the door when I come home. The staff here do an amazing job of taking care of the animal, giving love to these babes when they need it most. Could not be happier.

Wonderful shelter with wonderful people who care about animals ! I recommend them to anyone looking for a pet. Got my handsome Finch (originally know as Darwin at the shelter) 2 years ago and could not be happier ?
