I did buy the jerky and it's flavor was ok only issue I had was it got mold very quickly even keeping in refrigerator. Had to throw it away. The fillet minion was excellent great price tender and I loved them. I'm going to keep buying the fillets from there but no more jerky. People were kind and worked with me on ordering meat from them.

NOT happy with the quality or service at Butcher Bob's. Our hamburger is riddled with bone. We've contacted them multiple times and they refuse to do anything about this, and continue to ignore our complaint. I've heard that this is an ongoing problem and will NEVER use them again. A complete waste of money! Terrible quality!

We are pretty sure they gave our customers other meat than what was from our steer. Cuts were small. Multiple issues from several of our customers who have purchased from us for years. Had zero issues until using them along with Lakeside Meats. I would give zero stars if it were an option!! Dont use them.

Bobs is a quality butcher shop, most reviews on here aren't aware of the animal they purchase before hand. The key to making a custom butcher worth while is working with a good farmer. Most of the butchers have been at it their whole lives and their turn over rate is right on par. Highly recommend

We had a hog processed here a couple years ago. The sausage was full of bone fragments and tons of large chunks of white tubes which I assume was connective tissues. We never have this problem from our normal place. The sausage also didn't have a great flavor.

Woman at counter was very nice and friendly, had them cut up half cow. Thought the prices were good as well

New owners are trash been going here for years till new owners came in best I can figure out is they don't cool it off fast enough the fat on all my steak is rancid DO NOT GO HERE

It took a month to get a hog processed. The meat is not in sealed packages just loose plastic with paper over it. Sausage was supposed to be 1lb package and we have 2 lb package. It does not take 30 days to have a hog processed

We got our beef back and I don't know where these people learned how to cut and process meat.But the steaks were cut unevenly, they didn’t scrape the bone dust off of the saw cuts, most of the meat looked brown, the burger seems like they ranit through the grinder 3 or 4 times it won’t hold in a patty and it doesn’t taste like fresh beef.That being said I would not recommend this place for anyone to take their beef to, unless you need someone to ruin it for you.

About 10 years ago I took a buck in there to get processed. I told them when I dropped it off I was going to mount it so cape it out please. They did and I got my meat, but the dumbass wrote on my antlers In permanent marker my name and date. Luckily my taxidermist made it unreadable but seriously guys use your brain.

You guys do a fantastic job...of messing up cut sheet instructions, shorting customers on their carcass meat and being condescending through the entire process. A real butcher should know the difference between a Boston butt and a picnic roast. A real butcher will not try to tell you it's normal to harvest 2 lbs of spare ribs from a 281 lb hog with a 9" loin. A real butcher wouldn't wrap flank meat around chopped up stew meat from a steer and label it brisket. I won't even go there with what they consider tri-tip. I will make sure to actively not recommend your "services" to anyone. Pathetic.
