I recently visited the Dollar General at #17945, and it was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in a while.
The store was extremely disorganized — aisles were cluttered with boxes and unshelved items, making it hard to walk through, let alone find anything. Products were out of place, and many shelves were empty or a mess.
On top of that, the staff was unprofessional and poorly mannered. I was not greeted, and when I asked for help, I was either ignored or met with a dismissive attitude. There was no sense of urgency or customer service, even though the store was clearly behind in stocking and cleaning.
I understand that retail work is difficult, but this location needs serious attention from management. Organization, cleanliness, and basic courtesy should be the minimum standard.
I hope Dollar General corporate takes this feedback seriously and provides support or retraining to this store before it continues to lose customers.

I definitely recommend y'all don't go there. They scammed me out of 120 dollars. I went in an bought a Google play gift card and put 120 dollars on it. As soon as I left I tryed to redeem it and I couldn't do I walked back in and said I just bought this and u didn't put my money on it. But the lady said she can't refund me cause I already left the store. ?? So they literally just robbed me out of 120 bucks and there was nothing I could do about it

this location needs torn down and rebuilt. always messy, smelly, barely working a/c. i feel bad for the employees
