“The picture shows my husband, but I, Denise signed with Barney 35 years ago after moving from Tennessee in 87.Good service, respectful & polite staff. But, not having any accident claims, rates go up, even on "no accident" members which is not fair at all. I understand the agents have no say to change the "tides"but it should be changed to benefit the accident free customers to balance the scales. Still is a good agency with a great agent.”
