This Verizon store is a fantastic place to go with professional, polite, and super friendly staff. The sales reps are always kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, assisting with questions, phone replacements, and technical issues. They clearly explain costs and provide the needed help. While some customers experienced service delays requiring additional support calls, the store's staff receives strong recommendations. The only common complaint is the high price of phones, which is not set by the store itself.
Super nice customer service, helped to set up both my new phone, new watch, and transferred all my information to my new phone...I've been their customer for 3 years...and will continue for 3 more...Thanks guys :)
