Horrible store, the new owner that took over is horrible! The lady is always trying to cheat out of money. She is scam ! I would never do business here again! Avoid this place. She will always try to Upchurch or add additional things on your bill if you pay here. Do not recommend

This store is always closed earlier than posted. The tall guy who's always there is very rude. He argues with you or ignores you. My mailing address was changed on my account there was a four-line family plan added to my account and other things ordered that he said I must have done because it was on my account he then refused to help me. I got more help calling support and talking to a foreigner then I did from talking to him and I was treated better

Okay so my preference is boost Mobile I like the store and it's not expensive they're plenty of choices and the phone's not all of them are we have a good plan Wi-Fi phones are what you're looking for go have a look!

My experience there was bad about four days ago I went in there to get a new battery and a new screen for my iPhone 6 S . He stated that he did not have a New screen and battery for my iPhone 6s. Luckily I had my other phone, also iPhone 6 which needed a battery and he had a battery for that. I waited an hour to get a new battery and to now activate my phone which cost $35 plus the battery which cost $45 total of $80. After my phone was at 100% before I even made it home my phone was at 60% I called back up there made a complaint he told me to bring it back the next day which he replaced the next day and also had to wait another 30 minutes for him to replace that battery after that I gave it another day and the same thing kept happening battery kept dropping phone kept cutting off with full battery after unplugging I take it back up there to him and he says it’s my motherboard why couldn’t he figured it out during the time I took my phone there and tested things out why do I have to keep coming up there complaining about my battery when if he would’ve just tested out from the get-go I could’ve got a new phone
