There are NO words that can explain how amazing this small company and it's employees are! If I could give a 1,000 stars I would. This a small businesses with a HUGE heart an abundance of experience. Recently had work done on a vehicle and couldn't be happier! From my initial phone contact w/Troy, he was (and is) EXTREMELY knowledgeable, forthcoming, and compassionate. Being a woman, I'm almost always skeptical and apprehensive because I've been "dooped" many times before in this business. Something spoke to me about this business as I was researching places to take my vehicle. Speaking with Troy about my vehicle's issue gave me comfort and confidence that I'd be choosing the right place and I'm so happy I did!!! Katie is ALSO awesome!!! This business and their employees make you feel cared about, empathize with your needs, concerns, and expectations....they TRULY CARE and make you feel like family!They go above and beyond anything expected, especially with their diagnostics. They're NOT going to tell you alot of jargon or try to upssell you anything that's unnecessary. They're straight forward and present you with HONEST sound, solid advice and options!I'll definitely be going back, w/out hesitation, for any of my vehicle(s) needs...or even just to stop by and say "Hi"! One of the best and most pleasant auto shop experiences I've ever encountered.I was impressed with such polite service and great communication from everyone working at the shop. The place is very neat, clean and pleasant to be in. I am so happy I had the option of financing my expense of vehicle maintenance! The issue of my car was fixed over night while I was given a vehicle to use for the time being for no extra cost! Glad to have found Midwest Auto! 5 STARS in all areas!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I live in Indianapolis and choose to get my car repaired at Midwest Auto any chance I get. (My parents still live in Hobart) Troy and Katie are wonderful to work with. Midwest Auto Care is the place to go for quality, honesty, and excellent service. My baby was ill but now he is better. MAC are very nice people and they have a shuttle to accommodate.

I teach customer service to fortune 500 companies all over the United States, and this business is one of the best I’ve ever seen in my life. In fact, I’m taking some of what they did when I had my oil change and using it for lesson plans for future trainings of Fortune, 500 companies. I highly recommend this company for all your auto care needs and as a new resident to this area, I will be bringing all my auto care needs there in the future.

I REALLY like this mechanic shop! They do GREAT work, with that quality work takes time so if you are looking for quick fix in hurry (depending on accessibility) this might not be for you. Also they have payment options from credit check financing to no credit check financing with that there are obvious interest rates to no interest depending on how soon you pay off what you owe. All in all a really good shop with top mechanics and options for you (can't say that about most shops).Services: Transmission

I would like to say this normally where I get my oil changes at, because I have heard good news about this establishment. Good oil changes great customer service I would have love to give a 5 but today got me in a loophole due to a coupon they send out in the mail states AC service - you will think like you getting repairs done for a good price not a diagnostic because no where on the coupon it say diagnostic but I could say I made a mistake not reading the small print present it when you check in we all make mistakes but my only issue that coupon need to state AC diagnostic instead of service. The guy I spoke with told me when I made the appointment he told me a price of 250 you didn’t sir you just told me to bring the car Friday morning once the job done you had to add that in the system at checkout but any who that’s my only issue with this place got the AC working in the car but I still felt I needed to say this. Need to be more specific I had to ask others around they said they would have thought the same thing me and my mother thought on the AC job for the work car. Made it seem like we was overreacting have to be more specific I appreciate the job done. A (AC CHARGE) to be exact. The service that was done because the air was blowing warm.

I received a flyer in the mail from Midwest Auto Care with some very good promotions. I called and scheduled an oil change. My niece took my car in for me as I had fallen ill the day before. Everything went well but I was surprised to receive a text message with an inspection report. When I opened the report it showed two issues that honestly I had no clue about. One of the issues was a belt with cracks that really needed immediate attention. The other issue was something to watch but would need to be fixed at some time in the future. A few days later I dropped off my vehicle the night before so they could change out the belt the next day. I was impressed with the key drop box that provided envelopes to fill out for the car key. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and I appreciate this type of customer service. I thank Midwest Auto Care for their good work and attention to detail.

The mechanic who usually does my repairs told me that the wait for an appointment for a brake job would be at least a week and I didn't have that much time. I went on line and did some research and came across Midwest Auto Care. It was nearby and the reviews I read were mostly positive. I called and took my truck in the next day. The repairs were finished the next day at the quoted cost...no surprises, no hassles, no pressure, and a quick turnaround at a reasonable cost.Service: Auto brake repair

I've been a customer since 2014. After my first experience I reviewed them on Yelp and said they had earned a lifetime customer. This is the second vehicle that I have brought to them. The communication with all employees has always been excellent. I like getting a text update with a link for the inspection report that includes any pictures that are needed to communicate with me. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to enter the service to my Carfax Car Care maintence record and it had already been entered by Midwest Auto. Great company for routine maintence or more involved repairs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I took my Kia into Midwest Auto back in March. They fixed my exhaust leak, oil change and fully checked my vehicle. I was happy with this service and felt it was reasonably priced. I received a text after my service thanking me for bringing my car to them and that the next oil change would be on them. I brought my car to them today 5/23. I had passed the mileage marked on the service sticker. I asked about the free oil change to confirm that it included everything or just labor. The woman said that the offer was only for 60 days and had expired on May 13. I showed them the text message and said that no expiration date was indicated. And if I had not exceeded the mileage and had only gone by the date on the sticker, then that would be June 5, well past the 60 day mark. They said well if they don’t put 60 days on it then people would come back years later to try and get the discount. Seriously? That’s a weak excuse. Look at the mileage! Look at your sticker you put on my car! Look at the text that doesn’t show any kind of expiration date! This is poor business practice. Do better by your customers, especially when they are willing to drive 35-40 miles out of their way for quality service. I asked about the free oil change, wanting to confirm if it was for everything or just labor. The woman told me that the offer expired on May 13, as it was only a 60 day offer. I showed them the text which doesn't indicate any kind of date or specify any expiration. If I didn't exceed the mileage on the service sticker they placed on my window and only went by the date, then I wouldn't be due for an oil change until June 5, well past the 60 day mark. They said that if they don't put a 60 day expiration on that offer then people could come back "years later." What a piss poor excuse! Look at the mileage! Look at the text! Look at the next service date! This is terrible business practice. I refused the service. Do better by your customers, especially when they are willing to drive 35-40 miles out of their way for quality service. You're no longer worth it. I'll find something else within that radius then.

I needed work on my vehicle so getting an advertisement flyer in the mail I decided to try them...From the very friendly help on the phone to the customer service I received on arrival, I was very impressed by the I was helped and informed on all services needed and performed. For an added plus , they have one of the best service waiting areas I've seen. I would recommend Midwest in a heartbeat.
