“I purchased a unit from this facility back in 2010. Each month I call in to pay my fee, and usually, the automated person comes on the phone, and I pay my bill. Sometimes, a person answers, and I just ask for the automated system. This particularly day Eric answered the phone. I was going to ask to be transferred to Megan, the automated system, but he was so lively, and genuinely nice, and happy, I decided to just allow him to do my bill. I really appreciated his positive energy!! It is rare these days!! His energy is unique and appreciated!! Thanks for the exceptional customer service!!!”

“I’ve been a tenant with storage rentals of America and don’t have much bad to say. The staff that is in the office now are so polite, caring and professional. They are always there to assist me with any questions I have. I know Michele and I believe the boys name is Bryan. The younger boy who I believe his name was Bryan is new but so kind. And Michele assisted him when he couldn’t find my account. We got to talking and I got to know them and the boy has 3 jobs. Kudos to him for having to work 7 days a week at such a young age. I will definitely recommend this self storage company to all of my family and friends that are in need of a storage shed. I’m very satisfied with the customer service I recieve from those 2 employees. I will say rate increases would be at the top of my list for cons of SROA facilities. I think they should offer tenants a special once in a while instead of just taking more money from people who they can trust that pay there bills every month on time.”
