One of your mechanic road service drivers cut me off today then continued to tell me to pull over like he wanted to fight me after constantly serving at my vehicle because he wanted a sudden lane change. I told him to go ahead hit my car,that i would sue TA corporation.

Completely out of coffee creamer, store was somewhat bare as well. Only positive thing was staff was nice and apologized.

A simple oil change in this TA ruined my truck and journey
How ?
As I checked in and put the truck in the shop also weirdly I noticed the mechanic was in a Harry , and I assumed his shift was over ,
I gave the keys and went into the drivers lounge ,
then within 25-30 mints
I was Called and told that the oil change is complete
And Before he leaves , i asked the mechanic to check one of the headlights bulb in which he replaced
I peacefully checked out and started my journey but within one Mile my truck broke down
I limped back to the TA and asked them what they did to my truck
Another mechanic within the TA checked and he even replaced one the filters again anf nothing changed
And they told me to leave the shop even though my truck barely moves and i left the facility
And lastly a mechanic told me they messed with a ring and and luckily he fixed it for me
Anothe problem —-
the TA mechanic messed up the headlight covering and while checking he removed some of the bulbs and didn’t put them back properly then after a couple of days water got through it and The Whole headlight burnt
Replacing whole headlight —
Before I ordered the new headlight I comeback to the TA and asked them to fix the headlight since they messed it up and their answer was “go buy the headlight and we will replace it for you for free labor “partially acknowledging their mistake but diverting them self from the costs
I don’t deserve this I hope the management see this and do something about it

bathroom clean always plenty of parking and staff are always friendly💪

Their bathrooms are clean. They have a wide variety of stuff. Okay amount of parking.
There is the reserved for employees section
And the reserved for people who want to stay longer and pay 5 bucks.
So the actual space for people just sleeping the night isn't as big as they say.
This is right off the highway.

Average ta, but the mechanic with the big beard isn't a complete bozo like other tas so step above the rest for that. So 4 outta 5. It has a popeyes easy to get in and out.

Been sitting here n the bay 4 hours for a oil change, go somewhere else if u can. It’s fine if u have hours to waste but if ur n a hurry thinking you’ll get a quick oil change this isn’t the place

Truck stop itself isn't bad, but be careful there's a rash of break-ins into semis and the security company they have is a joke. They don't want to keep guards that do their job, instead they keep guards that are unprofessional, flirt with employees, and touches them inappropriately, and are also drunk on the job.

I had a negative experience with this company’s road service on two separate occasions. The technicians who responded, especially during the night shift, appeared unprepared and lacked the necessary expertise. They made multiple trips back to their shop, which caused unnecessary delays and wasted time. Unfortunately, the truck was still not repaired properly, and I was left with a hefty bill. I would advise others to use caution and consider other options if possible.
