“I specifically go to this post office, even though it’s not the one closest to my house because the one downtown on Michigan St. (which is the closest one) is awful. I love this post office! I’ve never had a negative experience. The lady who helped me today was very friendly and made my experience that much better. Thank you!”

“It used to be bad here but the service has really improved. The place is small and 3 people in line can make service slow but that's just how it is. Unfortunately there isn't a kiosk which I think would greatly improve speed.”
