“Oscar personality brightened up our experience with getting a passport for my daughter. We didn’t have an appointment and he kept us up to date on possible cancellations so he could work us in. Oscar was friendly and had a great sense of humor.”
“I have never had an issue with this location. The ladies that run the front desk are always super helpful. Even seeming like they are short staffed only having one open window out of like 4 or 5 I have never had to wait longer that 7-10 minutes and that time there was 5 people in front of me in line. And even after having to deal with all those people a few of which were just downright impolite and overall nasty to deal with the ladies always seem to be very pleasant with and at least have a smile for part of my interaction with them. The only complaint I have is about the parking lot. The way the spaces at angled it can be a pain to back out and see if something is coming into the from behind you. I have also seen numerous people screw up the exit only and enter thru there causing backups. But that’s more on the driver than the post office.”
“So glad we have Rachel. She keeps the lobby so clean, and smelling good. I always get my mail now, and never anyone else’s. Unless she’s off. It is nice to have someone that cares about our town.”
“It used to be bad here but the service has really improved. The place is small and 3 people in line can make service slow but that's just how it is. Unfortunately there isn't a kiosk which I think would greatly improve speed.”
