“I work in Fishers and while leaving my house I picked up a screw (from 3 new homes being built across my street) in my tire and by the time I got to work the low pressure warning started. I left work early in the attempt to get it repaired until I could get new tires before winter. Well 2 BIG BOX business would not repair (plug) my tire as I needed all new tires. I just needed to get back to Anderson. I added air and rolled the dice. As I drive thru Pendleton I see Falls Park Tire. I stop in and explain what happened but by the time I got done explaining it there was a tech with the tools asking where's my car. BOOM ! REPAIRED!
I said THIS is where I'll get my new tires.
FAST FORWARD TO TODAY. Before I was ready and winter not here yet I had a different tire blow out on me and right by Falls Park Tire. I limped in and ordered tires and since my used car did not have a spare, they put a spare on my rim until the next day. Talk about service!

“Bryson and the guy who checked me in (didn’t catch his name) made for another great experience at this particular location. They both were friendly and kind and put me at ease. This is my third straight positive experience at this location and it makes me not hate having to get an oil change, which is something I used to dread doing. Each visit is always quick and professional. The employees here are never “sketchy” or pushy like I’ve experienced at other JL locations, and I so far would HIGHLY recommend this JL on Olivia Way! P.S. I don’t normally take the time to review places but I had to this time because my experiences here have just been so consistently good. Thank you for great customer service!”

“Paul’s Garage is one of a kind. In a world FULL of scams, dishonesty, corporate greed and theft . . . these folks are top notch! My disabled mother is on a fixed income w/ a 2006 she has owned outright since day one & it is not easy to make a vehicle last that long, w/ so little, so successfully but these people have managed to make it happen for her.
They are always honest, up front about what can or cannot be done, how long it will take, and how much. They have serviced her car for the better part of a decade and whenever someone else outside of myself or one of their techs do the work, she ALWAYS has an issue. My Aunt, my Uncle, my friends, have ALL drove away better off than when they pulled into (or got dropped off in), Paul’s parking lot.
From the courteous greeting, to the easy check out process, they have great communication and if something unexpected arises, they are sure to discuss it before assuming and taking action that may not be within budget at the time. Most other places would just do the work and jack up the bill or break something else to ensure you come back, but not Paul’s! They want you to come back, of course . . . they achieve it through work that continues to speak for itself. So, if you ask me “would you recommend these folks?” My answer is a hearty two thumbs up, hands down! ?”
