They charged me $25 for a case of water that was only supposed to be $5. When I went back in the store to get my money back they said they can only do an exchange. Brought to you they said they couldn't give me my money back. So I called customer service for Dollar general and reported the store and their manager cuz that's who did my sale.
This was my first and last time at this store location. The incompetence is real here. Manager didn't know what they were doing.

been going to this store location for 10+ years.. it’s never been this bad. the current manager is ruining this store. she is there maybe 1-2 times a week, usually just giving orders to other employees and complaining about how tired she is of the job. i have heard her complain to fellow employees and customers (including me) multiple times. i can not even count on 1 hand, how many people have quit under her management. the store has never been closed so much, until she (current manager) was hired. it’s not a location issue. it’s a management issue.

Never open for posted hours, so much so that the hours sign on the front of the building has been literally pulled out of its spot. Here an hour before Google says it closes and doors are locked, lights are on.Like other reviewers have said, every time I’m here when they ARE open the aisles are full of inventory and never get fully put away. Front counter gets left unattended and a backup at the self service, you name it, it’s bad.

This place has went down hill majorly! Place is a total mess anymore! Product never gets put away so it just sits in all the isles, which makes it impossible to get a cart through! They now close at 8pm instead of 10pm which is such an inconvenience since we have nowhere else in this town to get the essentials and more. Hours are not changed online. Cash register is most of the time down so only can use self checkout that ONLY takes card. If the cash register is open make sure to check that they have given you correct change. I have been shorted twice by the same employee! That same employee is locking the doors 5 min early trying to turn away a customer that was coming in to get medicine for a sick child at home! I really hope they can get these issues fixed soon! Would love to love our DG again! So sad ?

Cashiers are incompetent and managers are no help. Starting coming here for convenient location. No so convenient anymore.

Store is closed at 6:45 pm because of staffing issues. Where is the manager and assistant manager, it is their job to fill in when employees are unavailable. There are always items in the aisles waiting to be restocked. This store needs better management
