“I brought my cat here to get neutered 1/31. They took great care of my kitty. The incision is healing nicely. They gave great aftercare information. The line was long at the time of drop off and pickup, but it moved pretty quickly. The staff were nice from what I could tell. I would certainly recommend them.”

My dog has seen both Dr. Ingold and Dr. Arnold so far and both doctors are amazing!I love how everyone at Windermere, staff, nurses, and doctors all take the time to really work with me and my dog by listening and making us feel welcomed and comfortable. “I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love this clinic. My kitty got sick recently and it came on quickly. They were booked but squeezed me in because she started getting worse. My usual vet recently moved so I had a new vet Dr. Jen. She was the best, it didn’t matter that she was off work by the time their other emergencies were taken care of, she took her time with us. She thought she might need X-rays and even thought she was technically off work, she met me at their other location, Fishers Veterinary Hospital on Allisonville Rd. They were so good to me, they ended up keeping my kitty for 2 nights. Dr. Jen kept in touch with me. I can’t thank them enough, Dr Jen was so wonderful, the vet techs at both locations, Katie at the front desk and the lady at the front desk at Fishers Veterinary hospital who was so kind. I wish I could have gotten everyone’s name. I feel like they saved my cat. I love this place. Thank you so much Dr. Jen.”
“We started taking our dogs to Dr Graves over 20 years ago when it was 1 office and it has been cool to watch them grow. Over the years we have had multiple dogs and started taking them here since they were puppies. They took great care of us when we sadly had to make tough decisions at the end of their lives. We have always felt our dogs have been well taken care of, the staff goes above and beyond and treated them with nothing but love and respect. You can see the love that the staff has for animals, they are on the floor hugging on our dogs or carrying our little one around and holding her like she’s their baby. Our girls get excited to go to the doctor. The staff are always kind and thorough with exams or treatment. We usually go to the office off of Olio Road in Fishers, but have visited a few other offices if our main one is booked. It’s nice to have multiple back up locations when we need to be seen sooner. We have never had a problem getting in same day or even on a Saturday. They have always been up front with pricing and give options if something is a bit more pricy. I highly suggest the pet wellness plan. We have this for both of our dogs and it has been worth it and saved us some in office visits this year. Annual vaccines are included in the plan and office visits.”
“I just started going to Banfield, but so far I am pleased. My dog was having a problem, I want sure what but knew something was wrong. They listened and put in time to make sure my best friend was ok. The option to drop off is a life saver and my pup was taken care of”

“I have personally been taking my dog here since I adopted her in 2008, when she was just a wee baby at 1 year old. They always treated her as one of their own. Sadly, just after turning 16 she got sick and was not getting better and I a very grateful to all of the staff for everything they did for her in her last days. I am especially thankful to Karen, Sarah and Lainey! If you want your fur babies be treated like family then you definitely want Doc. M and his staff on the job!”
