We are not use to this type of service. We called our old supplier on Thursday morning but they couldn't help us until the following Tuesday. Laurel Fuel not only supplied our oil on the same day, but was available in the early hours with a live body the next day instead of an answering service. We are grateful and will continue using this company.

Laurel Fuel is the best. I've been with them for 20 years for heating and cooling. My a/c just went out overnight and they have already been here and fixed it at 9:30 am. Can't thank them enough for their service. And a shoutout to Mason who fixed the a/c this morning.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I found a drip of oil under our 60 year old oil tank and within an hour and a half they are here changing it out for me. Not only that! The old owners of the house used Laurel Fuel and have had the furnace that is original to the house from 1963....a 60 year old furnace and they keep it working like a dream! (and they keep parts in stock for older furnaces, that's HUGE). You call, someone always picks up (how rare is that these days). Amazing service, family run (the owner is here right now). Support local business! You don't get better than them!

Great service!! I needed some fuel on an emergency one-time basis and they were one of the few that would help because we didn't have an ongoing contract. They were also the cheapest we found, and would have come out the same day if we needed but we said the next day was fine, and they were here by 9:00 am the next day and got us what we needed.

Had a problem with my heat not working. Called Laurel Heating & Oil on one the the coldest days of this season, to ask if they could send someone out. They were short times to immediately schedule and the person transferred my call to dispatch. The dispatch took my info and I described the problem. They sent a very professional technician over within two hours and removed the air in my line and my home’s heat was restored for all my thanksgiving visitors. Highly recommend LH&O

Worst experience ever! The person sent to fuel our tank was rude and RACIST. My elderly father asked him to please remove his filthy shoes because I have a 15 month old and he plays on the carpet and he refused. I called the company to ask for this persons name and the representative over the phone, Rob, would not provide me with a name. Asked me that if I had a problem with him too, another rude disrespectful and unpleasant individual. I regret doing business with them. There are plenty of fuel companies in the area.

Used to work there ,they treat their employees like shit,often yelling and talking down to them...they dont give a crap about people who work there all they care about is you making money for them...was way better when bob was alive but once his son took over it went downhill..cant tell you how many days i saw people mistreated,as far as customers i think they do a great job we were always held to a very high standard,but the abuse was ridiculous,i hope things are better for the guys today,i highly doubt it though.Richard is an a******

My wife and I had an emergency when our furnace was no longer working and not providing heat a few weeks back. Fortunately we have an annual contract with Laurel Fuel and Oil and they responded promptly to our need via their 24-hour emergency service. Their technician Tyler was on time and extremely knowledgable. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to get us heat shortly thereafter. Unfortunately we then experienced another outage that was unrelated the following weekend also after hours. Once again, Scott and his technicians were able to address immediately. Thanks again to Poist and their team; you guys have always stepped up!Rob and Ann

We have used Laurel Fuel Oil and Heating for 7 years now. At first I didn't trust they knew when to fill our tank but I stopped worrying and calling as they came out reliable when the tank was just about empty. We have had them come out for service each year and they are always prompt and thorough. I wouldn't have anyone else for oil delivery and service.

I'm renting a house with heating oil and have no idea what I'm doing. I called Laurel Fuel Oil and the technician showed up in a mask. Awesome! He walked me through my system and gave me detailed tips on how to take care of it. I got my tank filled and am on my way to a warm winter. Great experience, excellent customer service!

I am new to Maryland and was referred to this company by someone locally. I've never heated with oil in the past so I've had to call at least 3 times since May for clarifications. When calling today for refilling, I asked questions for future needs. I was spoken over, down to and yelled at. I advised the rep of the disrespectfulness of his communication. However, he continues. To avoid escalating the issue and getting a resolution, I asked to speak with someone else 3 times. When finally sent to someone else, I was immediately met with a harsher and disregarding tone. I asked if this was the way all customers were treated and this person replied no just ignorant ones. This was the last straw for me. I found out this was the owner. Needless to say I've found another company. Even if the price increases, I will not be subjected to such disrespect. Worst experience EVER!

I refuse to be subjected to such disrespect. Worst experience EVER! Sadly so the previous 3 communications were handled wonderfully, but by someone else in the office. The 2 grumpy old men should allow the more custom friendly person take all calls.
