No stars! But had to give one. Company is a joke. The gate was always open and yes they even had someone living in the there! Unit was broken into back in July of this year... which property new about it. Police witnessed the crime. Not been able to get into storage at all since then. Suppose to check and see what has been stolen for the prosecutor. Of course my rent is always on time. Paying for something I can not access. Been calling since July, this is almost November. They take down message and ever dang time they say check your email someone will be in contact with you 24 hours. The site manager will call you. Property manager is a joke!!!!!! Can't even do their job. Would love to know who actually owns it.

I’ve been at the storage in Lawerance, Indiana for about 8yrs now and I am aware that some time ago the company was bought and has a new owner, Honeycrisp. The new owner has made such a positive difference in this storage facility. The rodents and bugs are gone that were there when the other owner was running things. Business is so much easier with a payment site online and constant customer service any time I call. Thank you for making things so much better.

Liz was super dooper helpful and just so amazing working with us when we needed it most! I highly recommend. Renting was a super easy process and the units are so nice and just off of the main road!
