Update: Upon picking my vehicle up, Josh was very kind and professional & he worked with me a little on the price. Apparently when I called back to tell them not to do the lugs or anything, it was already done so that’s my fault as well. I do still feel their prices are too high since I took it straight to another shop and they’re doing the brakes and rotors for only $250 & it’s a reputable shop as well but if you have the money to spend then they did a good job of explaining everything to me and Josh is very professional and seemed to understand my situation! Unfortunately I won’t use them unless it’s a warranty job bc I can’t afford those prices but other than that & the fact that I feel like these kinds of places find every little thing to tack onto the price, I don’t have any other complaints.
I took my car here for a warranty job and even though I have a full warranty it didn’t cover the things needing worked on, not their fault but they call me saying that all 20 of my lug nuts are bad and it will cost me $300 when I tell him to hold off on that he puts me on hold then says they can save the back ones but I need 10 at least bc they couldn’t even barely get them off. I first said ok but then called back about 10-15mins later and told another guy to let them know not to do ANYTHING to my car, no lug nuts or anything until I figured out what was going on. They quoted me at about $400 a rotor and brake pads plus another problem and wanted $2k all together. As a single mother their prices are ridiculous and now I have to pay for lug nuts that didn’t even need replaced according to my other mechanic that just worked on it a month ago & when I asked him if he has all the old lug nuts to show me I was told he only had a couple bc the others were so bad they no longer had them!!! So now I have to pay them $250 & still have to take it somewhere else to actually get fixed! The shop right across the street that I normally deal with told me $200 for the same job!! What a joke! If you’re a single parent or aren’t rich DO NOT GO HERE bc they’re going to find any little thing they can to charge you for something if you don’t have them do the job for astronomical fees!!!! I will NEVER use Midas again and I will spread the word!!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Midas Body Shop, and I can't say enough about the incredible customer service I received. From start to finish, Josh made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through every step they were taking with my vehicle, explaining things clearly and thoroughly.
Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt informed and comfortable. It's rare to find that level of transparency and communication these days, and it made all the difference.
The work done on my car was top-notch—everything looked flawless when I picked it up. The whole team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in both their craftsmanship and their service.
Highly recommend Midas Body Shop, especially if you're looking for a place that treats you with respect, keeps you in the loop, and delivers excellent results.

The guys are great there. Got my truck in and out fast and they work with you. Water pump messed up. They got my truck done within a few hours. They also did my last oil change and I didn't expect it to be cheaper than where I usually go and they give your vehicle a look over. I love it!

Stopped in today because I need a new catalytic converter for my car plus my battery light came on my dashboard. Spoke with Adrian and let him know, he said they could look it over and let me know the price. He called me and let me know that my catalytic converter, muffler, and alternator need to be replaced. He explained that's why I've been hearing different noises and the way it's running. He gave me a price that I could barely afford but I knew that I had to get it fixed especially for work because I travel so much. Looking forward to tomorrow when I pick it up, I put my trust in them. I couldn't help but put a review in ahead of time but I was impressed with the service and caring of my needs of my car.

Wouldn’t recommend location. Very unprofessional and rude. One guy stayed on the phone for 10min before he helped me. I had a 5:00pm appointment. I was called at 8:17am to see if I could come in at 4:30 because they close at 6:00pm and one hour just wouldn’t be enough time for an oil change. I show up at the time that was asked just to be told they couldn’t get me in; that all bays are full. What’s the point of making an appointment if I still can’t even be seen.

This store is a blessing and extremely honest. I had a different Midas give me a coupon and said I could use it anywhere and when I came in for an appointment I found that the coupon was not valid. I did not have enough money to pay for my oil change and not only did they meet me where I was but they also gave me a warm and welcoming environment. This is such a God sent store and I would recommend it to anyone. THEY ARE AMAZING!

Worst place in indy by far. Took my car for a gas leak told me it was going to be a little bit ask to leave the car for thr next so I did. Next day they didn't even check it yet so I left it for a another day.went back whey haven't even move it yet told me it was going to be another so my problem was just getting wost and they haven't even quote yet .after the fourth day I went to get my keys and they didn't even apologize. Please don't wast your time or money whit these people.

Had a brake line rupture on my 98 Suburban. They were able to replace the line and adjust all the brakes in less than a day.

The gentlemen here are super kind and totally understand personal circumstances. They'll help you out as best as they can (and then some). They also will take the time to tell (and show) you the issues they have found without making you feel like an idiot. This is my only go to repair shop in the area. Definitely a diamond in the rough.
